In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. So if you would enjoy visiting our beautiful getaway we would love to have you and we strive to show all our guest how much we appreciate them visiting. The electric site is close to the residence and overlooks a 2-acre pasture that our animals rotate on and is open to BoonDockers Welcome guests. Our farm is ready for RVs, campers, or off-grid adventurers. We hope to add a Hammocking with the Horses site and a Hike in site in the near future. As well, we will include extras for a small fee like, farm fresh eggs, forage walks, be a farmer for a day, walk a goat and up-close animal encounters. Please stay tuned.

Cute little spot, quiet. We only slept over night arrived late and left early. Had a bathroom to use which was great as I had some stomach issues. Outdoor shower is freaking hilarious and adds to the character.

Weekend Trip to Sand Between Your Toes

Brian and his wife were fantastic hosts even when a little maintenance popped up… they were quick to deal with it with a calm manner and all is well. The property entrance and exit took some getting used to but the added security being inside of a locked gate was something we enjoyed at night. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next trip!

Wonderful site! We even played pickleball a little bit! I love that a water hose is provided. I went with a friend that booked a couple earlier nights and also was here in January as well. I met a wonderful neighbor down the street who gave us fresh grapefruit and eggs, such a wonderful surprise and very kind! Felt safe. Would be cool if there was stairs down the cliff but totally understand that would not be safe! The owner Glenn keeps it immaculate and in 100% working order. Recommended!

Second time here this year Love the place of course! Had a friend meet us us. She loved the place as well. She even was able to fish some. Plenty of sitting space and tables and an outdoor grill area too. Highly recommend! Definitely will be back for our third trip hopefully before summer comes! If you want more water view where you park and by the fire then the 3rd site probably has the most water viewing area. Definitely watch your pet near the cliffs!

Full Hookup site is along the side of the pole barn.

It is a beautiful location! Plenty of room between sites...there was only 1 other site used while we were there. Very private...the only noise you will hear is the cow mooing "good night" from down the lane. The night sky is very impressive and you must sit by the fire pit and enjoy it. All the services are new and you have no problem hooking up. This would be a great place for a family vacation..especially if you could reserve all 3 spots. Will be on my list to come back to visit again.

Weekend Trip to Sand Between Your Toes

Sand Between Your Toes was a fantastic place to stay. Even though the owner lives on site, the property felt very private, quiet, and secure. It’s centrally located and closer to the Rosemary Beach end—which we preferred anyway. While exploring the area, we drove past several RV campgrounds where people were packed in tightly, which made us even more appreciative of our choice. Staying at Sand Between Your Toes was absolutely the right decision. The driveway entrance is on an incline and a bit narrow, but Brian suggested backing down the road and approaching it at an angle, which worked perfectly—we had no issues at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it.

Weekend Trip to Moonpie Farm and Creamery

Such a fun experience! We got to watch Elizabeth milk the cows and ask lots of questions. Purchased all kinds of homemade items in the farm store. The dogs were great company and came by for belly rubs and naps by our campfire. Very close to Florida Caverns State Park. Will definitely camp there again if we are in the area!

1 night at Maggie's Musical Farm

Maggie and Mike are spectacular hosts going to extra mile when you stay. They are musicians so I was fortunate enough to turn up when they had a concert on in their yard. The provided food and refreshments. Very helpful and thoughtful people. We had great conversations about food and swapped a curry I made for some fresh honey from their hives. Leto could go off leash and the site is easy to enter and exit. Would recommend staying here to anyone in the area. Thank you.and see you again.

My wife and I took our kids on a road trip and one of our stops was at Falling Waters State Park. We hiked to the waterfall and we did the sinkhole boardwalk hike as well. They were great even though the waterfall was not too impressive that day. There is also an oil plug on one of the trails leading to the lake, and there used to be a huge oil rig right behind the waterfall. At the lake though, our family had a lunch picnic on the picnic tables and we had a fun time playing in the water.
