Please plan on visiting and check out all the great things to do so close. On our farm we grow Christmas Tress. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Mariana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security our RV site full hook up with 15, 30, and 50 amp connection, great clean water and sewer. So if you would enjoy visiting our beautiful getaway we would love to have you and we strive to show all our guest how much we appreciate them visiting. If you want to be away from all the loud car & truck noises that have become a part of all beach destinations, this is your spot.
Brian is a wonderful host and is always available to help if needed.

Brian and his wife were fantastic hosts even when a little maintenance popped up… they were quick to deal with it with a calm manner and all is well. The property entrance and exit took some getting used to but the added security being inside of a locked gate was something we enjoyed at night. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next trip!

Sand Between Your Toes was a fantastic place to stay. Even though the owner lives on site, the property felt very private, quiet, and secure. It’s centrally located and closer to the Rosemary Beach end—which we preferred anyway.
While exploring the area, we drove past several RV campgrounds where people were packed in tightly, which made us even more appreciative of our choice. Staying at Sand Between Your Toes was absolutely the right decision.
The driveway entrance is on an incline and a bit narrow, but Brian suggested backing down the road and approaching it at an angle, which worked perfectly—we had no issues at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it.

What a lovely place to unwind! We stayed two nights and pretty much had the run of the place. We opted for full hook ups as we have been on the road for several days. We loved the proximity to the welcoming pole barn which had a gathering spot, FREE washer and dryer (tips encouraged), grill for use, and bath house with a spacious shower. Our dogs loved being off leash and we enjoyed the trails around the property. Be aware, if you have dogs with high prey drives or poor recall-be wary about being off leash as there are free roaming chickens. We appreciated Andrew's hospitality and he even offered us some free fresh eggs which we graciously accepted. The owner William was not on-site, but was very communicative over the app.
Only points to mention-if using the washer, you must set it to cold as it does not have hot water. Many of the presets will automatically choose a higher heat and it will seem like its working but then it will glitch and say "balancing." Just manually change to cold and you are all set! Also, the map indicates two water features, a creek and a spring. These paths were not as clear as we thought they might have been. We only found one of the two, and had to pass under a fallen tree to reach it. Hope that helps any other explorers!

This was our first Hipcamp experience. It was in a perfect location to visit with our grandson which is close to the Naval Diving School. Ocean is eight minutes away, and a two minute walk to Lake Powell. Restaurants and stores are close also. The RV spot was very nice. This is a back in spot which the whole yard is fenced. They do live in a RV on the lot while building their little home. Brian was very helpful with any questions we had. We stayed six nights and will book again when in area.

Beautiful property! Fantastic view, Great location. We loved kayaking in the bay and visiting nearby state parks and beaches. The heated shower, outdoor sink, and level RV pad made camping easy! The owners were very responsive and helpful with some questions I had prior to arrival as well.. If we travel to the same area again, we would happily return to the Bay Getaway.

My wife and I took our kids on a road trip and one of our stops was at Falling Waters State Park. We hiked to the waterfall and we did the sinkhole boardwalk hike as well. They were great even though the waterfall was not too impressive that day.
There is also an oil plug on one of the trails leading to the lake, and there used to be a huge oil rig right behind the waterfall. At the lake though, our family had a lunch picnic on the picnic tables and we had a fun time playing in the water.
