Spacious sites, clean bath house, friendly staff, away from the main strip so little traffic noise is heard
Con: dog park, if needed, is around the corner outside the main entrance

This Panama City RV site was just what we needed along our road trip! The sites were super clean, as were the bathrooms and showers. We easily walked to the beach across the street, check in was easy and the folks were all really nice!

We loved the location, cleanliness, and atmosphere of Panama City Beach RV resort.
The resort was beautiful. We will definitely go back and camp there.

This time of year the park is not crowded so it was easy to get a reservation. There is a heated pool but I didn’t see anyone using it, kind of cold outside. It’s a short walk to the beach and local restaurants.

We had an excellent time! Getting there and checking in was super simple. They had all of our paperwork and campsite ready to go. We were in the front row campsites and there was a bar right behind us. We really enjoyed walking over for dinner and karaoke. The place was so clean and nice. The staff and guests were all great and super friendly. The location is fantastic as it is in the middle of things but also felt secluded. We will definitely be stay again!

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love it here. The site is very clean and the sites are concrete, which is very nice - it helps combat the sand from getting into your camper. The location is amazing, as it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, patches (dive bar & restaurant), gift shops, ice cream and pizza. The only negative thing I would have is the internet was not great at all and my wife said the showers in the woman's facility was not great. We will definitely stay here again.

Campground is the perfect location. Short walk to beach access, nice pool, and Patches restaurant across the street has daily specials and live music.

This property is pretty nice in that it is two small blocks to the beach so there is a breeze to help keep bugs away.
The bathrooms are pathetic for a place called a resort. The men’s restrooms had one sink out of order and the other stopped up. The showers are minuscule, terrible shower heads (if you turn it up high enough to actually rinse yourself, it hurts), black mold growing in them and dirty floors. It is definitely not a resort.
They also don’t give you the site, you think you’re signing up for on Hipcamp. I would drive through before stopping at the office to see which empty site you like and then request it at the office.
It would be nice if they would create a gate right at the cross walk to the beach to make it a bit easier to walk to and from.
We would go back because the proximity to the beach.

I loved being near Panama City Beach. It was 4 blocks walking distance. St. Andrews State Park was at the end of the road which also had great beach access. A little pricey for our normal camping. The sites were nice and level.

Nice , clean camp park with the beach a few steps actors the street. Sites are spaced well and it’s was so convenient having full hookups, laundry room and pool on site. You can walk to a couple of restaurants and stores, and just a short distance away are tons of restaurants and stores! Aldo a nice bar/ restaurant across the street with live music.
We would stay again.

This was a great little campground . Large sites with cement pads for your RV and outdoor set up. Cory close to the beaches as well as St. Andrew State Park. It was very cold when we were there but we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

The location of the RV Resort was A++++! Beach access almost directly across Thomas Dr. So close to great food, live music and St. Andrews State Park where you can hop the ferry to Shell Island. Our site was clean and offered partial shade. The amenities were great too with a clean pool, great Wi-Fi and cable TV. Had a fantastic Labor Day weekend. Will definitely return!!!!! ❤️

Overall it's a nice RV Park. However, the gate was broken and so it didn't work. Nobody was there working after 5 pm, so we never received the codes for anything (bathroom, laundry). None of this would have mattered. But they also put us in the wrong spot. We payed for a pull through site, but they put us in site 11. Which is a back in site. Most likely won't stay here again. 😒

It was very nice and clean. Easy walk to beaches and restaurants. The State park has great biking and beaches. Love all our neighbors, even those we are close to them. The grounds was well maintained and the pool was heated. You needed a heated pool for the weathered was cooler. Just loved it!

Shaun, our Hicamp representative, as well as the front desk ladies, were very accommodating. Everyone was very nice! The park was very nice, and the beach was just a short 5 minute walk.
We would definitely recommend this RV park!
