We had a great time in Cape San Blas. The site is in a good location and within walking distance to a few different spots to grab food and treats. We did see multiple ticks at the site, which was surprising, so we were extra careful with our fly. Lots of biting flies and sand spurs too, but we expected them. The dock is nice and we appreciated that it was covered.

We loved everything about the property! Privacy, shade structure, bayside dock, and plenty of elbow room. Our dog was so happy too. I highly recommend the site.

Perfect covered campsite for our RV. My son loved the dock, my daughter loved how close we were to the beach (right across the road), and our pup loved the large area to run and play! This was our second trip to Jason’s place and it won’t be our last! 💜

Beautiful bay side dock. Watched the fish jumping out of the water.
Beach entrance across the street just left of the driveway. Pole barn to park under. Due to mother nature some soft sand.
Just pull straight in past gate and stop and ck it out and you will be fine. Will be back soon.

I was asked to take trash bin out from the prior campers trash. LOL. I moved it to the street to not attack animals as it stank and then wheeled it back before I left. FYI: I leave no trace and take my own trash with me out. It is not groomed or checked. Not sure why ppl use these over priced lots as there is nicer and cleaner in state parks…even hotels. There are lots where ppl take this serious and care about campers….even one in eastpoint for a better value.. Dock seemed community..but ppl seemed very nice.
Didn’t pop rooftop and glad one night. Same price for hotel.

My family of 4 stayed at Jason’s place and couldn’t have had a better experience. We just recently purchased our first camper, so we used his place as our “trial run”. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the site, the large area for the kids and puppy to play, and the privacy. The dock was the cherry on top for my 8 year old son. The walk to the beach was short and the local restaurants were great! We’re already planning our next trip! 10/10!

Everything great location to stores that r there access to beach is convenient walking distance dock and shed on the bay side with access to the bay is on the property quite and large lot only revomendation would b help us find a way to make the stay last longer always need a few more dsys when coming back home thanks defeneyly b back again

It was our third time coming to Jason’s property on the Cape. We love it. It’s nice and private with a dock to fish off of, with a great fish cleaning table. It also has a fire ring to enjoy a nice campfire. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you

We chose Jason’s site as our first outing with our travel trailer. It’s a beautiful spot and we enjoyed launching our kayaks right in “our backyard.” Everything worked great and was exactly as described! Our dog loved it, too. We’re so glad we got to camp here!

Our second trip staying at Jason’s fabulous bay side RV spot in Cape San Blas was as amazing as it was the first time we stayed a year ago. We will be back! Love the bay sunrises, the access to the beach for beach walks, the multi use paths for biking or walking. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us.

in my opinion this is the best camper spot in the cape and will be our go to going forward! we had a truck with the camper and a subaru with a kayak trailer and had plenty of room! we loved that our dogs actually had space to run around and the shade stayed on us all day being under the pole barn! my only suggestion would be is to add some lights in the pole barn for when guests are hanging out at night!

Wow! This place is amazing. Having a gated site with a sense of security was only the first thing I can mention among Many. Private dock, covered parking, full hookups, clean gravel parking, views of the bays and sounds of the gulf waves. 100% will be coming back. The neighbor is very friendly too.
Make sure to bring your cast net and fish frying stuff, mullet practically jump onto the dock.
In the evening, the sea breeze actually allowed us to turn off our ACs in the middle of July and slept comfortable with the most peaceful sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. I have not seen stars in the sky this clear in a long time, just wonderful site.
The site is located just so that it is far enough from main land but not a long trek down the island. There was almost no traffic after 9pm on the week of the 4th of July! Dont wait and just book this place before we do again!

We loved camping at CSB Fish n Camp! Jason was very quick to respond to any messages sent. The site having a shed to park under was a definite plus and helped with keeping our camper cool. We enjoyed the dock on the bay for fishing and tying our kayaks up when not using them. The beach was a short walk. We enjoyed both beach and bay every day. We have been visiting Caoe San Blas for over 25 years. We will definitely be back and hope to stay at Jason's site again real soon!

We have a 35 class c motorhome with a Jeep and we had plenty of room. Awesome bayside dock and fishing pier. Lots of space for kids to play softball and the dog to run. Full hook-ups. E/W/S. Easy walking distance to shops and beach. Only bad thing is we didn't stay longer. Thanks again

Jason has the most beautiful campsite and private dock on the bay ! You can tie up your kayaks to eliminate loading and unloading them into the bay , you can fish from the dock , clean what you caught at the dock with water and hose on site ! not much more you could ask for!
The location is perfect food and groceries within walking distance of camp site ! Neighbors are super friendly and even took our trash to the curb for us!
You and your camper will be tucked away behind bushes and plants for privacy!
There is also a cozy fire pit on-site.
Nice picnic table onsite
We will definitely be back to fish n camp in CSB !
