This park is a great place if you want to "unwind & chill" for a few days or for RV passersby wanting a safe, clean, and pretty "layover" on the way to your final destination. Our beautiful 8-acre lake also offers great fishing for bass, bream, and catfish (catch & release OR keep & eat)!

This place is a MUST visit! My husband and i enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back with babies and grandson. Mr. Austin stayed in contact even before the trip...We enjoyed interacting with the animals and were hoping to do the horseback riding but it rained. This place is 1000/10! I promise you won't be disappointed.

We only overnighted at Wendy Oaks. It was a great, easily accessed campground for us. I add that as we travel with a small trailer and a U-turn was necessary. The trees and lake made me feel like I was in a camp ground, Unfortunately it rained all night and we skipped the hike around the lake. Our site was gravel but level.

This is a perfect spot for anyone - especially bikers - traveling on the Natchez Trace to camp as it's less that 1 mile off the trace. Nice level concrete pad with electric and water with a treelined forest on one side and an open field on the other. Great wide-open view of the stars (no light pollution!) from the site. Anna & Will were gracious hosts, communicating everything we needed before our arrival, and they made a point to check in on us to make sure all was well after we'd settled in - much appreciated! Gotta love the address (111 Dummy Line Road) and it was a great experience overall so I highly recommend.

We had such a good time at Rock Hill! We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves so it was very peaceful. Kids had a great time fishing. There is a bathroom on site which is always appreciated! I definitely recommend this small peaceful lakefront campsite!

I enjoyed the privacy. Still new to camping and felt comfortable in the elements solo. There are decent size catfish if you're into fishing. Appreciated being left alone while still being able to reach him in a timely manner if I needed anything. Gave tips and information to help.

This was the most beautiful site of my trip down south. We loved the amenities and the site was just beautiful. It was more extensive than I realized and it was a great price! The bathroom camper was really nice and the outdoor shower was a fave! Just a dream.

It was a nice place. Easy to pull in. No one travels down the road. It's very peaceful. Easy to drive in and get settled. Grocery store not too far away.
Very nice watching the sunset over the pasture in front and there was a cute black cat that traveled along the side of the road... just making sure everyone was ok. The sound of the birds chirping this morning in the trees while we were drinking coffee was spectacular.

We loved our night at the Rock Hill campsite! The parked close to the picnic table, which is conveniently located in the shade of a mature tree, overlooking the pond. As others have mentioned, the available flush toilet was a nice perk! We arrived about an hour before dusk, so didn’t have much of a chance to enjoy the site until morning- but the next day we took our time getting going and saw some fabulous bird activity on the water- herons, geese, etc. Very peaceful spot! Highly recommend.

Melanie I believe the owner was amazing to work with. We were coming in late and at dusk she was setting up a lattern at our electric hookup so we could easily see our site. As it happens, we arrived at dusk, and she led us straight to our site. She's so easy to work with and so very helpful. She kept us informed of incoming weather and offered us options for emergency purposes. Wendy's Oaks is the most beautiful site we stayed at to and from Dallas to Orlando Florida. I'll go back in a heartbeat and stay longer

Absolutely beautiful and a very peaceful site. We got there when it was dark and could hear the frogs croaking. The stars were so bright! We woke up to mist on the pond and a lovely sunrise. Overall: AMAZING. Super easy to find and get everything set up. Will return when back in the area!
