I camped here a few nights while visiting friends in Winter Haven. It's perfect for that, or for visiting nearby Legoland/Cypress Gardens, and close enough to the wonderful downtown area to ride my bike. Nice view of the little marina, and mere blocks away from a Publix and some fast-food chains. The site feels safe in a nice neighborhood, has full hookups, and a responsive host.
As another reviewer mentioned, these sites do back up to a modestly-busy road behind the privacy fence, unfortunately right next to a stop sign, making any vehicle with a noisy motor especially loud as they accelerate from a stop. However, inside my camper I couldn't hear it much, at least not over the sound of my own A/C unit, and it certainly didn't affect my sleep.
Only other "cons" to these sites are that there are no picnic tables or fire rings onsite, and no campfires allowed.
Note that the oak tree in Site #1 covers that site and Site #2, and the shade really helps under the hot sun. However, if you want to deploy a Starlink for internet, you probably want Site #3 (I used cellular in Site #2, though, and had strong signal on both AT&T and Verizon networks).

The site is located within a small marina and tiny home community that is very well kept. The site and hook ups also great. The downside is that the site is located directly next to a major road and the noise at night was just intolerable. I was scheduled to stay for three nights but left after two sleepless nights.

Small site fenced on 3 sides provided enough privacy. Big enough to put our slide and awning out. Some road noise but nights were quiet. Close to food stores and laundromats. We stayed in a 22 foot travel trailer for 4 nights.

We were in town for only a couple of days for an event. The location was nice and clean. We felt comfortable leaving our camper unattended for the day and felt safe staying there at night. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a great Hipcamp. The hookups were pristine and the location was easy to find. Cypress, the host, communicated quickly and easily. The WiFi was strong.
We toured Florida Southern University to see the Frank Lloyd Wright buildings. So spectacular.
It is soooo close to Legoland! Great location. The site is a little noisy with vehicular traffic during morning and evening rush hours, but otherwise very quiet and you have a nice little water view.
Definitely try this Hipcamp.
