Shiloh was the name of an early Florida town that was once located just down the road from our property. It was populated by hardy, adventurous folks who made a way for themselves and their families by clearing a spot along the lagoon, building a home and forging a life in a new location.
But Shiloh is now lost, removed from the maps. It no longer exists. When NASA needed a perimeter zone for the newly emerging space program in the 1950s, the federal government purchased large swaths of land between Oak Hill and Titusville, FL. Residents were bought out and forced to move. Houses were relocated or demolished. Shiloh disappeared into history while the space-age pushed forward into the future.
However... some foundations still can be found in the woods not far away, if you know where to look. There are even cemeteries that remain, whispering the names of individuals and families.
As a tribute to those early adventurers, we have named our place Camp Shiloh. We honor the past, we respect the wild Florida that surrounds us, and we celebrate the future as we watch rocket launches from our porch.
You are welcome to stay on the property while you explore the local communities of New Smyrna and Titusville, relax at beautiful Canaveral National Seashore, attend races in Daytona, visit amusement parks in Orlando... or whatever! It’s up to you. We are a peaceful, safe location from which you can stage your Florida adventure. Come on by!

Park your van/small RV, pitch your tent, or stay in the Glamping Greenhouse on our rural homestead conveniently located 1000 ft off of US Hwy 1. The nearest I-95 exit is just 3 miles away. Watch rocket launches, visit nearby beaches, attend NASCAR races, see local communities, relax at Canaveral National Seashore, birdwatch at Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, fish Mosquito Lagoon, or visit the amusement parks, we are a safe and quiet location from which to stage your adventures. We have two campsites. Site 1 is a nice level, grassy campsite for tent or RV, complete with a fire ring, picnic table, and (usually) firewood. Site 2 is the Glamping Greenhouse! The property is definitely different then most. The site itself is super spacious, and has great tree coverage from some ancient oaks. the site can hold up to an extra 5 tents if neened. There is solar power to the tee pee with a 750w solar inverter connected to two deep cycle batteries. Now to get to the site you have to go through the main busy part of the property (we literally have planes, trains and automobiles and more). But once you get to the site you feel the nature. Also right next to the property about 100 yd from where the property starts there is an entrance to a boat ramp (which has a 2 mi canal that goes to lake Apopka where you can launch a canoe or kayak, or do some fishing), also a 2.6 mi nature trail, and about 100 yd as well there is a 25 mile trail that you can bike, walk or horseback ride. That trail is a part of the Apopka wildlife drive which also starts not far from the property. It's a free nature drive on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays plus holidays. We are around 15 to 20 minutes from a few different springs such as wekiva springs, wekiva Island, Rock springs and Kings landing. We are about 45 minutes from SeaWorld, aquatica, volcano Bay, universal studios and more.

Here in Auburndale, Florida, we are a lakefront property with two palm trees greeting you at our front driveway. We have lake dock access to Lake Ariana with 300 ft of shoreline, a lakefront BBQ area, and a boat launching area for kayaks and inflatables right here at our docks.
We have a large mango tree (mangoes are seasonal) and over 150 mango trees that range from starts to three-year-old trees scattered around the property. Additionally, we have an outdoor pool. Pool hours 8am to 6pm or ask for special times.
You can enjoy boating, kayaking, sailboats, and BBQs right at our lakeside dock. Not into lakes? You can swim in our outdoor pool with a waterfall and decorative koi pond close by. The views of the lake are stunning.
If you want to explore nearby attractions, we are close to Florida theme parks such as Disney, LegoLand, and Bush Gardens, and it's only a 40-minute drive to Gulf Coast beaches (we supply all beach gear; just ask). Please be mindful of our peaceful atmosphere and respectful of our neighbors, who are located a comfortable distance away. Noise complaints are not welcome here, as we strive to maintain a quiet and serene environment for all guests to enjoy.
While we continue to improve and expand our amenities, we invite you to experience the tranquility of Lady Winona's camp and create memories that will last a lifetime. DeLeon Springs state park is only a couple of miles away. They have a very unique breakfast there. Check it out while you are here.

We loved the privacy of this site! This site is a nice level gravel site in a setting that is perfect for nature lovers. We had plenty of room at the site to angle our small popup so that we had a nice view of the natural forest of bald cypress, oak, pine, palms, as well as the lake. We loved having a private dock and fire pit in an area that offered plenty of shade, with a nice breeze blowing across the lake. We thought it a very relaxing and peaceful spot! We plan to revisit!

Amazing atmosphere and such a beautiful property! Waking up in the morning to goats, chickens, a donkey, and a pig freely grazing around the property was an unforgettable experience. Being able to play with them and pet them made the stay feel so peaceful and special. 10/10 would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

First of all this was one of the best Hipcamps we used. Teresa has such an amazing place. We had our own camper but if you came with a tent you wouldn't need to bring much with you. She has everything you can think of to use. The bathrooms with hot showers and flush toilets are wonderful. The community kitchen is such a bonus and the fresh eggs were amazing.
It's a cool hip place to stay and Teresa is so friendly and helpful. She was amazing with my grandson, showed him how to play the meditation drums and got the pool ready for him to use.
We will definitely be back! It was a wonderful place to make memories

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend at the farm. The animals are all incredibly content and very well cared for. Many of the goats and chickens would come right up to our site for a visit. It was the perfect quick escape. It’s also very convenient to downtown Deland and some very nice restaurants.

Weekend Trip to Wolf Branch Ranch
We stayed 2 nights at the Yurt, Nick was awesome! He prepared for us a beautiful fire pit, was very attentive to any of our needs and gave us great recommendations to visit around the area. Shower is hot, restrooms and yurt very clean. The spot is truly beautiful and peaceful, in front of a lake and great for a weekend off from the city life. Very recommended, thanks Nick!

We had such a fun stay at Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Auburndale. The campground was clean, well maintained, and had a great atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The RV sites were spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was always something going on around the resort.
The pools, live music, and activities really gave it that relaxing vacation vibe while still being family friendly. We also appreciated how convenient everything was on-site, from food and drinks to the camp store and amenities. It felt more like a resort experience than a typical campground.
Overall, it was a great mix of relaxing and entertaining, and we’re already talking about planning another trip back. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun Florida camping getaway.

Rob & Mike were very polite and respectful. They showed us around and we were pleased. At night it was so quiet and we were alone to star gaze. We walked around the property and it’s very nice. I do recommend and will be coming back again. Thank you guys.

This place is super cool! Collectors edition! Host is way cool. It’s got a nice set up with sink and tables , lights , knife set , tongs , fire pit .
All the forests are disappearing in FL .. support the locals who keep them safe !

I love staying here. I was warmly greeted by Jacksonville - the guard dog is awesome. Its one of my favorite HC - the barnyard Roosters, goats, pig, roaming turkey's and more. When I'm in DeLand its my favorite place to stay.

Wonderful place! No playground, but still soooo much for the kids to do! Swimming pool, fishing, perfect for riding bikes, riding scooters, passing the football, enjoying nature, just being outside! 10/10 recommend and bring a golf cart if you have one (they are also available to rent). The Cowboy Cajun food truck (DELICIOUS) and camp store were wonderful! They had a raffle for a local girls softball team going on at the pavilion too! We will definitely be back and will tell everyone about Camp Mack!
