Spend time at our private campsite. It’s the perfect location if you wish to be surrounded by nature, but not completely away from all amenities. Located in the heart of springs country, many of Florida's parks and rivers are mere minutes away! We offer 1 acre of wooded land in a rural community. You will have the entire acre to yourself during your stay. The front 1/2 acre is set up for you to enjoy easy entrance and setup. Our property has a 50 amp plug, GFI 3 prong outlets and water. Picnic table and fire ring are on site as well. We are a cart and side by side friendly community which is a great way to view the abundant wildlife. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do! Here are just a few parks to visit nearby. Please note that we are a rural community and at this time garbage service is not available. You will have to take out everything you bring with you when you leave. This is a wooded area. Along with the beautiful wildlife comes some not so beautiful wildlife. This could include mosquitoes, spiders, etc., and other creepy crawlies… Ginnie Springs 20 mi Ichetucknee North for paddling 9.6 mi Ichetucknee South for tubing 5 mi O’Leno State Park 17 mi Rum Island Park 19 mi Troy Springs Park 14 miSpend time at our private campsite. Clare's land is so welcoming and peaceful. Its the prefect spot to use as base camp while enjoying all the springs and hiking in the area.

An incredible stay! The property is gorgeous, very peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Having nearly an acre to yourself gives you absolute privacy and a wonderful sense of space where no one disturbs you. It is also ideally located just a short distance from the Springs. I highly recommend it and will absolutely be back next time I visit the area!

We've stayed at The Nest for a whole week for spring break and it was amazing! We had cold camps so campfires every day, we visited springs and shopping and our dogs had so much fun running free! Definitely on the top of our list for Ichetucknee vacations...

First time around was so great we came back for a second stay, and are still impressed! The spot is so peaceful and out of the way, surrounded by trees and plenty of wildlife to sit and watch. We had 2 deer join us for dinner one night and an owl with breakfast. Its not too far from civilization that you couldn't go get forgotten items, but if you come prepared, there really is no need to leave. Plus, after the first night, and the amount of stars you can see, you won't want to leave :)

We had a great time at the Nest. Very relaxing and peaceful and plenty of room for our big dog. We saw a coral snake so definitely watch your fur babies but what else do you expect in the woods!

We really enjoyed our stay at THE NEST. This property is easy to get to and easy to park & set up. It has a nice picnic table and the area has grass and is private. They have cleared enough trees that it has privacy & shade. The host has internet, water & electric. The host, Clare was wonderful. I would recommend this property if you want a nice relaxing get away.

What a great spot! Out of the way, but a great base for everything the area has to offer. The property is amazing, completely surrounded by trees, plenty of shade and lots of wildlife. Woke up twice to deer!

We stayed here for two nights and Clare was very responsive to my questions. The property was very nice with plenty of room for our 35 foot rv. Theres was water and electric and pretty level. We saw alot of wildlife and it was very private. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. It was so much better then the crowded rv parks, you have an acre of land all to yourself. Thankyou and I highly recommend!
