Friendly campers our spot had no trees or shade was a downside in 90 degree weather. Family friendly, restaurant with live music was great.

The âSunset Viewâ site I paid extra for doesnât exist. When I showed the person on duty my reservation, she basically said âtoo badâ. The sites are pretty much on top of each other, and very hard to get in and out of.

Wi-Fi doesn't exist, office their resort shouldn't advertise free Wi-Fi. When notifying the office their response it just isn't very good. Cable TV is useless I again talk to the office and they sent someone to check the cable and told me it was my motorhome . After talking to another employee they told me the resort only carries analog cable reception NO Digital cable . Who has an analog TV ? This resort Is OK nice pool friendly staff and close to St Augustine Beaches. They just need to get with the times and upgrade there infrastructure.

The site they are advertising may not be the site you get. I got a small standard site in the middle of the park, instead of the waterfront, sunset view premium site they describe and show in pictures. What a bait and switch! No response from them when I attempted to communicate about the issue.

When you can sit in the front seat of your motorhome and watch the sunset and your husband fish. Got to love Godâs nature at its best!
The communication, booking and check in was fast and easy. The amenities were wonderful!

You can see the sunset from your RV with looking out a side window and past a few other RVs. If you walk to the dock or creek edge just a few sites past your site., you get an amazing view. Everyone was out enjoying the sunset our first night there. The creek is very calm and I wish I was able to paddle it, but rain was unpredictable and it was a short weekend trip. Very nice RV park with lots of nice amenities. It is in the city, so while close to things to eat & do, it is hot/lack of shade trees, limited green space, lack of privacy and close quarters to drive and park. It was still doable in our 38â class A, and very nice and quiet. Walk to beach is 1/2-1 mile and hot (limited shade the entire walk) but so worth it! Beautiful sand and water!! St Augustine downtown and Anastasia State park are both 15 minutes away and beautiful. Little shade downtown so it was hot. Staff and everyone we met at the park were helpful and friendly! Park was beautifully maintained. Will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay. The sunsets did not disappoint. The check in was easy. Clean friendly and able to bicycle to restaurants and grocery store. The beach is beautiful and a very short bike ride. We will return soon!

We had a lovely stay. RV Park is quiet and beautiful. Our site had trees and a nice, level parking area. The pool was warm, showers were clean. Location is great. The recreation room with pool, foosball, etc is only open until six which is a little disappointing. The bar area is fun. The site advertised was not the site we got, but still worth it and we would definitely stay again.
