Guests have access to a riverside boat ramp, 3 pools (one on the riverside, one on the beachside, and one in the middle with a spa), as well as 3 sets of tennis courts and a shuffleboard court. Additionally, there are restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities available on the resort.
Perfect for RVs or fifth-wheel trailers, our concrete lot can accommodate up to a 40' Class A RV. While pets are accepted on site, they are not allowed on the beach.

Bring your tent, van or small camper and share our slice of paradise! You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank.
We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. I loved staying here. I parked for a tent site in my sleeper van. Getting in and out of the property was easy as long as you take it steady on dirt path. Please remember to only use Google Maps for GPS to the location. When you arrive there is lots of shade, a picnic table, small grill, water and electricity hookups, etc. Lots of wildlife as well. Birds, lizards, tortoises, and a friendly squirrel family. I enjoyed my nights stay. I recommend!

The greenhouse is beautiful, with so many plants for sale! The gentleman who welcomes you is incredibly sweet and makes you feel right at home. James and Bolton have a beautiful piece of paradise . Relaxing, quiet. Overlooks an orange orchard. The property is fenced in, so our dogs were able to run off lots of energy exploring the property.

The cabin / camper was spotless and had everything that we needed for our stay there.
It was very clean and comfortable. Jamie and Bolton are excellent hosts. We had a cookout on Saturday. Every night Jamie made a campfire.
Everyone there was very friendly.
We also enjoyed exploring Sebring. Downtown Sebring has restaurants, coffee shops etc.
We also went to a flea market and a farmer’s market on Saturday.
If you like hiking there’s Highlands Hammock State Park. There’s also a great CCC museum at the State Park.
We’ll definitely be going back to JB Resort!

We love this place, small and intimate. Grounds and are meticulously kept by one of the owners James. Your friendly and well behaved dogs are allowed to be off leash and play with others within the entire fenced grounds. The pool and hot tub are always great! Just a note about the sites, if you are 30amp you will need a 50 to 30 amp adapter which every travler should have anyway. Sites are very nice, level and spacious. We highly recommend. Have been there 4 times and 2 more visits already scheduled before the end of the year.

The grounds are impeccable and very quiet. Close proximity to the pool and beach. Ron, who cares for the pool area is extremely nice and very friendly 😁
The only thing that is missing is a laundry and ice dispenser!

Fun place, cool people. I was naked pretty much from the moment Jessica welcomed me in, to the time I left 3 days later. I expected just a one night stay over on my journey, but made friends and didn't want to leave. Great experience. The solar lighting at night gives the grounds around the pool a great vibe. Karaoke party Saturday night was a blast. I'll be back!

Toni was amazing! The pool was very warm but refreshing. We car camped because our trailer was being worked on. Well lit, picnic table and umbrella, and even a bug zapper! The dogs were sweet and so fun to play with! Would visit again when our travel trailer was fixed. Lovely place!
