Some open spaces for self contained rvs. Trails to open spaces for pitching a tent. Off the beaten path,, private and secluded. Full of wildlife away from the hustle and bustle of the city,, a true country retreat. Nearby fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking. Travel to the town of cedar key about 18 miles away it's a very quiet area. With shops , restaurants and a pier to fish at. It's a very laid back way of life at this charming gulf coast town.. Chiefland also is close by for the more convenient places to shop. Refrigerator at cabin, solar shower, charcoal grill, wood grill, gas stove top one burner, wading pool for those hot summer days.

Me and my dog are doing a bike packing trip and we camped at Leonard's spot nice and secluded and private Leonard was extremely accommodating highly

I needed a nights rest at Mr. Leonard. pulled in late. Mr Leonard showed me the site . He showed the shower and bathroom / toilet. I set up right when the sun went down being in a hurry. Leonard secured the gate to his property, big thumbs up!! The gate was reopened in the morning. I took a few pictures because his setup has many details and fulfilled dreams and scapes and tents and all kinds of detail relating to a comfort minded inspirational and useful accouterments by design and setup. You would have to see this place. In one word, nice.

Super nice piece of property tucked away from everything, but close enough to everything at the same time. Leonard was a great host! Primitive forest sites were private, clean and easy to access. Facilities and common areas were clean and well kept. I ended up staying a 2nd night and would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a serene night in the woods under a star filled sky. Leonard was explanatory and friendly. He offered use of his grill and propane stove which was a plus!

Loved staying here! Was just a night but the camping spot was perfect, Leonard was a great host, if I’m ever back in the area would 10/10 stay again!
