The property is at the end of a private road with no neighbors, and the site sits on a private lake with a screened-in room on an island. There is a large 4x6 fire pit on paved ground overlooking the horse area and lake. The screened-in room on the lake has outdoor seating and a BBQ grill inside for relaxing. There is a pool and a jacuzzi at the back of the house, available upon request for renters, along with a Sonos sound system and WiFi. There are woods behind the property for exploring, where wild boars and deer are often seen.
