Tess was amazing and so generous! The area itself was very clean and peaceful, but the hosts made the trip even better. She offered us free food, eggs from her chicken, and was extremely friendly. Overall the trip was great and we left feeling extremely refreshed!

I visited this gem with my mom on the first of many RV adventures. All the reviews about the amazing hosts are absolutely true. You will not find more wonderful people. The plot of land is so beautiful, soulful, thoughtful. We ate fresh eggs for breakfast, made s’mores with other visitors while they played guitar around the campfire. I mean the barn has a punching bag and a drumset… for the WIN, seriously. We visited the gorgeous local parks. Went to Twisted Oak for a beer (the place is five stars-so cool). I just can’t say enough good things. I loved it here. Magic.

This was my first time using HipCamp or any app like it. Or really camping at all. I had a great experience! Teresa was an excellent host and wonderful person! She and her sister made me feel right at home and so comfortable! They went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for them! The property was beautiful, the camper was super cute and they had everything you could need! 10 out of 10 would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to camp in Florida!

We had a nice stay at the Inn at the Forest. Thank you for your hospitality Teresa! Our site #5 was a closer to the road than I wanted so not much privacy or view of the beautiful trees. Also there was a lot more fireworks for the 4th of July than I expected there would be in a small town but I guess everyone went big this year as it went on til after 11pm. We went there to get our dogs out of the city fireworks but guess it followed us lol. The river was only 5 min away so we took our paddle board and one of Teresa’s kayaks she was so kind to loan us. There looks to be plenty of hiking trails nearby too but just too hot this time of year. The communal bathroom with a shower was very clean, towels and soap were even provided and the fresh eggs she gave us were delicious! It was nice to be able to get ice from the communal fridge and wash dishes in a real sink in the screened in kitchen area. Beautiful piece of property we enjoyed it. Only thing is we would’ve liked to camp at one of the spots closer to the barn (and fire pit) with some privacy and trees but unfortunately those sites weren’t level enough for our trailer camper :(

I love this place

Teresa always makes it easy for me to stay. This was my 4th or 5th stay. I had a wedding to attend during the 4th of July weekend. I was driving back and forth each day without knowing in advance when I would get back for the night. I kept "T" informed the best I could. I love her and I love this place.

I have nothing nice to say at all other than the place itself is beautiful but the owners are conniving and can't be held to their word. They also only want to bash their previous campers and try to falsely report them and try to hinder their future camps. All we heard was about was how bad her past campers were, I'm sure my wife and I were bad campers to her as well. We will not be recommending this site to anyone in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Teresa's property while camping with both our camper and a tent. The site was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time outdoors. We especially appreciated all of the amenities, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. Teresa and her sister were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and enjoyable camping experience. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing get away!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tess’s property! The setting is peaceful and beautiful, with a barn providing a cozy, covered spot for the kitchen area—complete with a fridge, microwave, and morning coffee. The picnic tables under cover were a huge plus on rainy days. Tess was an incredible host—she welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and even offered bikes so we could enjoy a ride down to the river. We had all the comforts—bathroom access in the barn, water, electricity, and even an above-ground pool Tess generously offered. One morning, we woke up to free-range chickens and a rooster’s call, adding to the charm. Tess even brought us fresh eggs and peaches, which made the stay extra special. We also met a lovely couple staying for the summer and shared a picnic dinner with them. Overall, Tess’s hospitality and her property made for a perfect, relaxing getaway. We can’t recommend it enough!

First of all this was one of the best Hipcamps we used. Teresa has such an amazing place. We had our own camper but if you came with a tent you wouldn't need to bring much with you. She has everything you can think of to use. The bathrooms with hot showers and flush toilets are wonderful. The community kitchen is such a bonus and the fresh eggs were amazing. It's a cool hip place to stay and Teresa is so friendly and helpful. She was amazing with my grandson, showed him how to play the meditation drums and got the pool ready for him to use. We will definitely be back! It was a wonderful place to make memories

Glamping camper? Absolutely

This piece of land is well loved and cared for by pure hearted stewards. Do yourself a favor and stay here! There is nothing like a piece of nature that is being well loved and just wants to love you back. The camper was a perfect nights sleep! I usually sleep restlessly in a new place. But here is slept soundly with only one small waking event. Between the bathroom, shower and kitchen setup they have everything I need to take of myself. I looming forward to returning!

Relaxing getaway

Had a relaxing weekend at this beautiful site. Such a calm and serene vibe all around. I enjoyed seeing the chickens run around and the stars at night. The grill was so convenient to use and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Many places to sit and enjoy a book. Bathhouse was very clean and well located. From Springhill to Beverly Hills, I could not find a better set up for me for spending a night. The kitchen bathroom set up with showers was excellent and easy to use. They even had a nice platform to keep my feet off the shower floor. I really appreciated that. With Bushnell only 9 miles away. There is easy access to Aldi's for groceries. A hardware store if you need it an easy access to and from 75 for those of you who are energetically sensitive this is one of the nicest feeling places I could find between Springhill and Beverly Hills the cost the amenities and the feeling and the quality of the hosts definitely had me feel like I wanted to contribute and left a little surprise for their kitchen for the people that follow behind me.

A special retreat!

Sometimes you find a diamond hiding in plan site. While Webster, FL is a small dot on the map, it packs a hidden charm and peacefulness! The campsites are situated close to one another like any other campsites there is room for both privacy and interaction with others. We stayed a few days and met many travelers, all of them pleasant and at the same time willing to give you space. Accommodations for restroom, shower and even an efficiency kitchen.(shared) that is always welcome. The real standout is the Spirit of the place and the sisters make you feel at home in an instant. Thank you both. We look forward to returning. Be sure to check out the state park and recreation area down the street. Bring a kayak, a tube and your fishing gear and take a step back in time to a simpler Florida. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful!

By far the best vibes I have experienced at a hip campsite. Teresa and Lisa do an amazing job to make the campers feel welcome. The outside kitchen, showers, and bathroom are all great amenities that you can tell they truly thought about their campers. Also as a mom, it was a great experience for our son. He misses them already! We will definitely be back on our travels.

Full bathroom & kitchen area, fire pits, electric, water, & so many other incredible amenities!!! You will LOVE it here!!! 1000% WILL BE BACK!!!! Such an amazing place, a space where everyone is treated with respect & dignity. I felt safe, respected, & valued here. They are very intentional about creating a safe, welcoming environment for all.
