This was a perfect spot for exploring St Augustine while being tucked away in a very quiet, peaceful setting. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. Our 33 ft skoolie fit inside the yard with room to spare. The site was very safe, secure, and well lit, which made us feel very comfortable going outside at night. We rarely venture out of our rig at night, so that was a welcome change of pace. We liked it here so much that we extended our stay! If we pass through St Augustine again, we will definitely return to this awesome spot!!

Ryan is a very nice person. Helped make sure we were comfortable and made it easy to back into his concrete site. Very level if you go way back as per his instructions.
Fenced in site between his house and a rental house .
His dog is very sweet and never es bothered us at all.
Most days were spent in St Augustine's. Evenings were quiet and enjoyable.
Gave us his personal cell and said to contact him anytime during stay. He was on top of all texts.
We did not use water but hooked up to his electric box. Box is easy accessible and up to par.
Dead end street, we hooked up tow dolly and car on street with no problems. Spoke to some neighbors who seemed very nice as well.
Will use again if we get back this way.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s Place. It was exactly what we needed for the weekend to explore Saint Augustine. Ryan was very helpful and friendly when we pulled up. The lot was quiet and our cats had lots of birds to watch out the front window. We would definitely recommend and stay again when passing through the area.

I absolutely loved staying here! Super close to downtown and the beach but far enough from all the busy roads for privacy, quietness, and security. I’m a solo female travel with a pup and felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Easy to back in and hook up. They have the sweetest pup who was very friendly with my dogo. Ryan replied to all my messages super quickly and was really nice when I checked in. I would absolutely stay here again, it was a great way to spend Christmas!

Ryan's place was perfect for exploring the area! Just 5 minutes from anywhere you would want to shop or eat, but still tucked away enough to offer quiet from the city. It was also less than 15 minutes from historic St. Augustine and the beach! They were so kind, flexible (allowing us to come in late), and accommodating. The pad for the trailer was great! We would definitely return to Ryan's if coming back to the area!

Enjoyed our overnight stay here, perfect location for us to have the opportunity to see a concert downtown. This site has easy access to I-95, downtown, beaches, and surrounding area without dealing with a lot of traffic. The owners are helpful and nice. Their is water, 20/30/50 amp electric, and the site is fenced and safe.

We parked our 38 ft Skoolie here and were a bit disappointed with the setup. The parking spot was wedged between two houses with absolutely no privacy and cameras everywhere, which made the stay feel uncomfortable. While it did offer water and electricity hookups, there was no dump station, which was a downside for us.
Our favorite part, though, was the location — it was just 15 minutes from the beach, which made for easy, fun day trips. Overall, it was functional for a quick overnight, but not somewhere we would choose for an extended or relaxing camp experience.

Great space to park while you’re discovering Savannah. Cement level pad is about 30’ long with 30amp electric and potable water. No dump station. Ryan was very helpful and provided a spot for our tow dolly. Spot is about 15/20 minutes from downtown Savanna.

Our wonderful hosts made sure we were comfortable and shared some good tips on exploring St Augustine. If you haven’t been there yet, prioritize it! Very cool, fun place.

Easy access to a level concrete pad in a gated yard/space. Ryan was wonderful, helping me back in and get situated, and he checked in the next morning to ensure all was well. He has a lovely, friendly family and a great dog. This is a perfect spot from which to explore St Augustine.

My stay with Ry was excellent. He was very accommodating and I felt very safe with a fenced in yard and plenty of lighting. He had no problem with me towing a car and I was able to park it outside the fence. His property is very close to everything. I highly recommend staying with Ry.

We drove in just for an overnight stay. Ryan greeted us and offered any help. We hooked up easily and had a nice quiet night. We left early the next morning. It was exactly what we needed - a nice safe spot to overnight. We would stop here again if needed.

Ryan’s set up was perfect for us! I needed level ground for our 20 foot van and a place to relax after a long drive, cook some dinner and do some dishes. It was wonderful to have water to use and be welcomed by a very friendly family. We felt very safe as there was a locked gate and Ryan was a wonderful communicator from the moment. I reached out to him to when we said goodbye. It was the perfect situation for us – getting into Saint Augustine at dinner time and needing a place to land. It’s a wonderful spot from which to explore all that Saint Augustine has to offer.
