Enjoy serenity at our fully fenced-in property! 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine and 12 minutes to the beach! You will be so close to everything this quaint town offers, including easy 5 minute drive to I-95, shopping and restaurants while still feeling like you are in the country. Easy access to our RV hookups, just drive straight into our 14’ wide gate and right onto our concrete pad. A peaceful and convenient spot to be, you will enjoy the tree’s that surround the perimeter of our property.Welcome, come chill in St. Augustine!! 10 minutes to downtown and the beaches, but feels like you’re in the country! Surfers’, fishermans’, and bicyclists’ paradise! This is a cement pad on our home’s property. The pad is located 50 feet or less inside our front gate entrance and includes a 50amp hookup and potable water. Our peaceful family lives on the property as well, but we can assure you of your privacy. You will have access to the pad, front gate and driveway to come in and out. It is a quiet neighborhood where you could ride bikes or go for a walk right from the site and there are several forested parks nearby within a short driving distance (Treaty Park and Skatepark, Anastasia State Park, Vail Point Park, Lighthouse Park, Faver-Dykes State Park, Guana River State Park, 207 Bike trails, and many more). There are trees surrounding most of our property, giving you privacy and distance from the road. This property is located on a dead end street with very limited traffic, other than our few quiet neighbors. We are excited to have you and open to answering any of your questions, we just want you to relax and have a great time while you’re here! We have a very friendly, medium size dog that lives here with us, but will be leashed when outside and we expect your dogs to also be leashed at all times when on our property, just to keep everyone safe! Enjoyed our overnight stay here, perfect location for us to have the opportunity to see a concert downtown. This site has easy access to I-95, downtown, beaches, and surrounding area without dealing with a lot of traffic. The owners are helpful and nice. Their is water, 20/30/50 amp electric, and the site is fenced and safe.

Not Quite What We Expected

We parked our 38 ft Skoolie here and were a bit disappointed with the setup. The parking spot was wedged between two houses with absolutely no privacy and cameras everywhere, which made the stay feel uncomfortable. While it did offer water and electricity hookups, there was no dump station, which was a downside for us. Our favorite part, though, was the location — it was just 15 minutes from the beach, which made for easy, fun day trips. Overall, it was functional for a quick overnight, but not somewhere we would choose for an extended or relaxing camp experience.

Nice quiet spot close to downtown

Great space to park while you’re discovering Savannah. Cement level pad is about 30’ long with 30amp electric and potable water. No dump station. Ryan was very helpful and provided a spot for our tow dolly. Spot is about 15/20 minutes from downtown Savanna.

Super nice family and neighbors. Convenient to all the things in St. Augustine and the beach. Easy to back in with a nice level concrete pad with electric & water hookup. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

We wanted a nice place to headquarter from to explore the amazing city of St Augustine. Ry’s Retreat was perfect! Nice level pad with electric and water. Our wonderful hosts made sure we were comfortable and shared some good tips on exploring St Augustine. If you haven’t been there yet, prioritize it! Very cool, fun place.

Easy access to a level concrete pad in a gated yard/space. Ryan was wonderful, helping me back in and get situated, and he checked in the next morning to ensure all was well. He has a lovely, friendly family and a great dog. This is a perfect spot from which to explore St Augustine.

My stay with Ry was excellent. He was very accommodating and I felt very safe with a fenced in yard and plenty of lighting. He had no problem with me towing a car and I was able to park it outside the fence. His property is very close to everything. I highly recommend staying with Ry.

Quiet safe overnight.

We drove in just for an overnight stay. Ryan greeted us and offered any help. We hooked up easily and had a nice quiet night. We left early the next morning. It was exactly what we needed - a nice safe spot to overnight. We would stop here again if needed.

Welcoming and Affordable!

Ryan’s set up was perfect for us! I needed level ground for our 20 foot van and a place to relax after a long drive, cook some dinner and do some dishes. It was wonderful to have water to use and be welcomed by a very friendly family. We felt very safe as there was a locked gate and Ryan was a wonderful communicator from the moment. I reached out to him to when we said goodbye. It was the perfect situation for us – getting into Saint Augustine at dinner time and needing a place to land. It’s a wonderful spot from which to explore all that Saint Augustine has to offer.
