Campsites are on a small horse farm located just 4 miles from downtown St Augustine and 5 miles from Vilano Beach. Many hiking and water activities within 30 minutes.
You select the space you where you wish to set up camp.
The entrance off the dirt road is tricky for large rigs or trailers more than 35' may not have easy access.
Our sites offer potable water, a shower, picnic tables, a toilet, wifi, trash disposal, space for campfires, and we are pet friendly!

You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank.
We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Wifi, electric and water included. Porta potty and outdoor shower with 8 gal. hot water tank. Two large outdoor sinks, one with 4 gal. hot water tank, the other one shares the 8 gal. tank with the shower. Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away.
Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions.
We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet.
Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 28' in length.
Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length.
We accept small Class A Motorhomes (34' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers.
Sorry, no tent camping is allowed.
There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard.
We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island.
We are LGBTQ friendly.
Our neighborhood is quiet and safe.
The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here.
Pets are welcome on leash. accompanied by an adult, Each pet is $5. additional fee. There is an off leash park two blocks away. Most of the beaches are also pet friendly.

Campsites are on a small horse farm located just 4 miles from downtown St Augustine and 5 miles from Vilano Beach. Many hiking and water activities within 30 minutes.
You select the space you where you wish to set up camp.
The entrance off the dirt road is tricky for large rigs or trailers more than 35' may not have easy access.
Our sites offer potable water, a shower, picnic tables, a toilet, wifi, trash disposal, space for campfires, and we are pet friendly!

Our guests love staying here: "Camping at Gayle’s property was an amazing experience. We shared the field with 3 other campers but there was still plenty of room between sites. Bring your tent, van or small camper and share our slice of paradise! You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank.
We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Wifi, electric and water included. Porta potty and outdoor shower with 8 gal. hot water tank. Two large outdoor sinks, one with 4 gal. hot water tank, the other one shares the 8 gal. tank with the shower. Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away.
Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions.
We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet.
Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 28' in length.
Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length.
We accept small Class A Motorhomes (34' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers.
Sorry, no tent camping is allowed.
There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard.
We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island.
We are LGBTQ friendly.
Our neighborhood is quiet and safe.
The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here.

We enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s. He is a most gracious host. Parking was spacious and level, and our doodle very much enjoyed the secluded, fully fenced property and grassy play area. Very dog friendly! We found it easy to navigate into old town Saint Augustine. If our travel plans, bring us back to Saint Augustine, we will most certainly stay here again! The hosts are exceptionally nice. They greeted us with a welcome packet with many helpful resources for the area. The site is well positioned for exploring St. Augustine. The neighborhood is quiet. Both spots at the site are in front of the house, so if you wanted to be tucked away that is something to consider. Definitely a good option for a place to stay in St. Augustine.

We have been full time RVing for the last 5 years and this is one of the most welcoming places we have stayed. Jeffrey was there to help us get set up and he really thought of everything we might need, including letting me borrow a stepladder so I could temporarily repair my windshield which cracked on our way there.

Nice location on the St. Marys river. If you are tent camping, it's probably wise to check if the nearby mudbog pit (Soggy Bottom) is planning an event, otherwise noise could be an issue. Also, the gravel drive is pretty steep. Be careful to get a rolling start when exiting the gate

Overview
About
Timucuan preserves 6,000 years of human history and one of the last unspoiled coastal areas of the Eastern Seaboard. Much like salt marshes giving way to sand dunes, cultures clashed here as Europeans entered the New World.
Drooping trees with Spanish moss give way to wavy grass with intermittent ribbons of water. The tides change the water level, which makes kayaking here an adventure. Bring your own craft or rent boats from nearby outfitters. Motorboats let you breeze through watery inlets. Kayaks offer a more leisurely pace. Don't forget a camera to take photos of cranes dipping their long beaks into the water. Cedar Point is the main boat ramp for the park. You can dock your boat and start hiking here.
On land, you might see foxes strolling about looking for a meal or sunning themselves. Continue your nature tour at the Theodore Roosevelt Area. This 600-acre preserve mixes hardwood forest, wetlands, and scrub vegetation common with sandy areas. Kingsley Plantation gives you a view of plantation life in the 1800s.
American Beach has a large sand dune that protects the inland waterways. This is a resort area and is somewhat developed. This historic area shows a contrast in ideals. While American Beach allowed African-Americans a place to romp in the surf, it was a segregated beach until 1964. Now, anyone can enjoy the warm waters.
Campsites put you in touch with this scenic powerhouse. Coastal areas here and to the north showcase unspoiled lands and waterways. If you want modern comforts, check out Jacksonville to the south.
