Also just in Synchronous fireflies, which are fireflies that gather and flash their lights at the same time as part of a mating ritual, are expected to light up the Congaree National Park in May. we booked sooo late, we ended up booking at 12am and getting there at 2am. they had no time to set anything up and it was still beautiful! in the morning we spoke to the host and he helped us with everything we needed even though it was totally our fault! him and his wife are wonderful and we will be back soon! so sorry again for booking so late, but the place was so cute and it was lovely to stay there!

Amazing camping spaces, has 5 horses, 3 mares, and 2 colts which one is a stallion. Really nice people, and I only got to see the 2 colts because the other 3 were at a show. They offer trail rides when they have the mares because the colts are to young. The colts are so sweet, the white one loves attention but will boss you around a little bit, his name is kiyro and he will come up to you, the brown one is named river who is really nice, but he will not come up to you, and he will be a little scared if you, when he gets to know you he will come around a little bit.

Beautiful place. You start down the drive and the land just opens wide before you under an incredible sky. Saw turkeys (and baby turkeys!), listened to the frog chorus and a barred owl and watched the firefly lightshow. Pretty creek, great river access, Only stayed 1 night and left early and it stormed so I didn't get to explore much. Slept well and enjoyed saluting the sun. Felt very safe and everything is immaculately maintained. Would return and recommend.

Weekend Trip to Black Pearl Farms
I Loved this farm! Beautiful surroundings, a country store, and the outdoor showers were the cherry on top. Woody Stream felt like we were camping in the mountains on the west coast as it was surrounded by beautiful pines and playful bunnies. The Yurt had a heavenly bed and a wonderful pour over coffee caraffe. The hosts were also very helpful with directions and monitoring our comfortableness. HIGHLY recommend this place!

We had a great stay at this Hipcamp! We were only stopping in for one night on our way to get settled into the Myrtle Beach area, but it was exactly what we needed. The sky views were beautiful, and the string lights created a relaxing atmosphere that really set the mood for the evening.
We traveled with our five dogs, and the site accommodated us very well. The amenities were excellent, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the property was easy to access. It was a peaceful, comfortable place to unwind after a long day of travel.
We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing stay, whether for a quick overnight stop or a longer getaway.

With kids
I’d never been glamping before so wasn’t sure what to expect but they really tried to think of everything.
We had what we needed to grill some food, set up a fire, & relax by the water without having to bring anything.
Olivia was very thoughtful & welcoming & the space was so serene. Early in the morning I watched the turtles coming up on the lake and listened to the birds.

Lovely little farm. Water was available at the site. Great spot for birdwatching. Michael is awesome and answers any questions immediately. Will return next time we are in the area. :)
