Locate on a riverfront property on the Edisto River. Very quiet and beautiful pond view, full hookup luxury RV sites. Amenities include private furnished screened Gazebo with mini fridge, tv and wifi, shared bath with free laundry and the most amazing outdoor shower. The pond is stocked with fish and has a beautiful fountain which produces white noise during the evening and most of the night. Short trail to a shared dock to access the river. Just 1 hour from Downtown Charleston and 20 minutes to Walterboro and I-95. Nearby is Givhans Ferry State Park great for swimming, and the popular river tubing or The nearby Bee City Zoo which has a wide selection of fun and exciting exhibits for adults and children. Built by hand from scratch, we tried to think of everything you would need to leave you rested during your journey. Designed specifically for Motorhome's but we can also accept tow behind campers, roof top tents and tent camping. This is an upscale resort for those who want a quiet and peaceful experience vs the crammed and crowded commercial campgrounds.

Beautiful property, we throughly enjoyed staying there. The bathhouse with the washer and dryer was convenient to the site and super clean. The directions to the property were very easy to follow, everything was just as they explained.

Stop looking!!! This is the best camping you'll find on hipcamp! Amazing amenities, clean bathrooms, wifi, couldnt ask for a better experience. If you want something a bit different than a typical rustic campsite then this is for you. Can't recommend enough!!! Book now!!!

I would 100% recommend this place! I have never had so many amenities camping for such a low price. Everything was top notch all the way to the landscaping and just as advertised. Having the dryer was a huge help with not having to bring back wet clothing. The pier was great to push off our paddle boards from. The enclosed gazebo area with the fridge was so relaxing. It even competed with the wonderful hot tub! We would go back for another glamping experience any time!

Hands down BEST HipCamp ever! Dustin's environment would be best described as a sanctuary. The indoor/outdoor lounge is comfortable for just about any weather. Even if raining, you could listen to the rain while surrounded by lush plants and trees and stay dry. If you wanted, you could watch just about whatever you would want with the Roku. The hot tub has an umbrella making soaking relaxing any time day or night regardless of the weather. Dustin provides quality screens with zippers to keep bugs out which I'm now considering making my own lower deck at home, screened in the exact spot same way!! Dustin has done an amazing job with accentuating the night time beauty with lit trees and walk ways, making it easy and scenic, to get to the immaculate bathroom, the washer and dryer was almost a ridiculous treat... who would have though?? A mini fridge.... thank you!! Electrical outlets available inside and out of the lounge . The patio vibe and fire pit, is a space not only aesthetically pleasing, but provide great a great function of minimizing/eliminating dirt from getting into vehicles. Dustin made obtaining firewood SO EASY!!! Cornhole and horseshoes surrounded by foliage that included lights gently illuminating bushes and trees.... I mean, really?? The vibe there is prefect! Oh.... forgot to add.... a bonus pleasure of the fresh scent of honeysuckle everywhere!!! When I make my travels from West Virginia down to Florida and back, I typically look for and try out

Dustin’s place is peaceful and the space is roomy and perfect. My dogs and I loved to hang out in the screened room. The Edisto River is beautiful. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is it! Dustin was very attentive and helpful.

Loved everything about this site! Beautifully landscaped with strategically placed privacy fencing and a furnished screened in gazebo complete with TV. The added luxury of an immaculate restroom/laundry room with a private flush toilet makes this one hard to beat.

Dustin’s place is a lovely oasis. The 2 sites are very spacious and well appointed with a very calming water fountain out on the little lake. On top of that is a dog area, laundry, bathroom and outdoor shower. A very welcoming entrance awaits you upon arrival 🌴

This was our 2nd time staying at this lovely place. Quiet, well maintained and very nice. Great, responsive host. We will surely be back for a weekend getaway. Several hours places to eat and activities nearby.

Exactly what we needed for a weekend of playing ball at Shipyard. It is about an hour away but if you are in need to get away from all the noise and relax things the spot. Dustin has thought through it all and delivered. Thank you. We will be back.

We're Charleston locals and wanted to do something fun and spontaneous and be out in nature. We took our SUV out there, spent the evening grilling steaks over the fire, enjoying the hot tub, and watched a movie in the gazebo before sleeping in the back of our SUV. This place has everything: - firewood on site to purchase - water and electrical hook ups - high speed internet - Smart TV under a bug-screened gazebo, so you can eat and chill while watching a movie - fully furnished bathroom with a washer/dryer if you need to run laundry or just dry off your towels after the hot tub - outdoor shower with hot water It was a really cool date night and gave us a chance to get away from work and the city for a quiet night by the fire

The Sanctuary at Edisto river is amazing! I originally booked just a few days during Christmas, but I loved it so much that I extended my stay through New Years. Dustin was very welcoming and engaging, while also giving us space to enjoy the property. My favorite parts were: - The beautiful outdoor shower with a rain shower head. - Access to FREE laundry in an inviting and well designed bath house. - The Gazebo was fabulous! Loved relaxing on the sectional couch while watching TV and enjoying the beautiful view of the river and large patio. I would 100% go back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique glamping experience.

Spending the night in our small RV at Dustin’s Edisto River RV resort was way beyond our expectations. There are only two sites on the property so privacy and seclusion are excellent. The restrooms facilities are VERY nice and are shared between the two sites. It was very cold during our stay (21 F) so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the screened in cabana with sofa and tv during our stay but did get to enjoy cozying up to the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs. Can’t say enough good things, will be returning soon for a longer stay and use the kayaks to paddle on the Edisto. Our beagle loved the trail down to the river.

Truly a hidden gem. My daughter and I had a daddy/daughter weekend while mom was away for work. It was the most relaxing trip, very peaceful with the exception of some people doing what I assume was target practice for awhile. The site was excellent. We spent most of the time in the gazebo watching movies. The hot tub is different than pictured and is an inflatable one. Make sure it's on and running when you get there. Very nice bathroom and OUTDOOR shower. I already have another trip planned in a a few months. Dustin was excellent with communication and always responded very quickly.

This place was magical. Dustin was so kind, accommodating, and responded to questions very quickly. Site 2 has a hot tub that was perfect! Everything is clean. Perfect "glamping" location with landscaping all around you. We loved relaxing in the gazebo, spending time outdoors without losing the luxuries usually found indoors, like tv and fridge. Little to no insects. Cobblestone fire pit. Beautiful lighting and romantic atmosphere. Kayaks for use. Washer/dryer and laundry soap were provided. My husband was obsessed with the outdoor shower. I was grateful for the warm, clean, gorgeous bathroom. We went for a late evening stroll, and the fairy lights and trails were beautiful. We were truly impressed! We WILL be back!

Dustin’s place is luxurious camping. He offers a top notch bathhouse with washer and dryer for your use. The outside shower is wonderful! You pull your Class B or C right onto the level gravel site with beautiful landscape with pavers that lead you to your own private pavilion that is screened in with a fan , mini fridge outdoor furniture. Your own private fire pit with firewood for a small fee. The lighting is beautiful at night. The pond with the water fountain is so tranquil. This is my go to spot for relaxation at its finest!!

This was the best RV camping experience! Not only was the site beautiful, it was clean and excellently maintained. Bathroom/laundry room was very clean. Views were amazing. It was quiet and so serene. We felt like we were on our on private oasis!
