We loved Sandyâs Swamp. Sheâs a great host. She met us on time and showed us around. As advertised. Roughing it with perks. Our first morning in the swamp started with 4 hours of thunderstorms. We chilled in the large dry screened porch. Would have been horrible without it. Kayak launch was simple. Will be back when itâs cooler. Maybe a day trip so we can sleep in AC after a long shower.

We came out for our 1 year anniversary and had a blast! Huge fish! A zip line. Nice screened in area with chairs and a porte potty. We went adventuring in the woods which we love to do! We will definitely be back here! Sandy was the perfect host and answered all the questions we had and could recommend great places to check out!!! Thank you for the hospitality!!

We had a wonderful time camping in the woods.
There were 4 of us, two of us have not slept in tents in decades. During our entire stay, we did not run into any other campers. In the morning we even used the canoe to see some of the birds and scenery in the area. Over all we had an even greater time than anticipated. One of the best features was how secluded the area felt.

Sandy was very accommodating. When we arrived she did a great job showing us around so we knew where everything was. We enjoyed camping here. It was quiet and had all the amenities we were looking for. We did a short weekend getaway. We would come back again.
What a peaceful splendid place to escape the day to day craziness. Sandyâs little paradise is nothing short of a paradise

Sandy herself was timely and very pleasant she gave us a tour of the property as well as her dome building. I will 100% be coming back to this location again probably when the weather cools off again.

100% stay here! It is off the beaten path, tranquil, stunningly beautiful, safe, and fun as well! I enjoyed canoeing around the swamp, zip lining, a campfire, eating breakfast on the ropes course platform amongst the trees and spirits, doing yoga on the floaty boat/dock, and walking the trails looking at all the gorgeous flora. Sandy was attentive, so very helpful, and also gave solitude and privacy. Such a gem for back woods camping. Loved it and will be back.
Oh⌠and do eat at the line cabbage at sunset.
Sandyâs land was a perfect blend of adventure and comfort. The fire pit was great for cozy evenings, and the screen room kept us sheltered from bugs while offering a nice space to relax and place our tent. The toilet was also easily accessible and clean, which was a big plus. The zipline was an exciting and unexpected highlight, and the kayaks were provided for water exploration. Overall, a fantastic spot for a memorable camping experience!

Had booked one night, after seeing it we immediately booked a second night! My son loved the zipline, tree platform, tire swing and many other playful addition. Host was the sweetest! Very quick to respond, helpful with local recommendations and everything else. There was a screened in room we could hang in with Citronella candles if mosquitoes had been bad, but they were not during the time we were there. Canal right outside camp with so many fish and fun to kayak in! Quiet. Private. We took a break from our adventures and recharged in this spot for a whole day fishing and exploring the area. The artwork was amazing. Would definitely recommend!
The for sharing your private get away. We packed so much adventure in to a few days, will definitely return for a longer adventure soon!

Excellent site, very quiet, private, and relaxing. Had a zip line, I was not brave enough to try, but looked cool. Sandy was very friendly and accommodating, and very quick to respond if I had a question. Fire pit is huge, had a solid campfire every night I was there. Only critters I encountered were mosquitoes (near a creek, so expected), but good bug spray kept them at bay, not really an issue for me. There's an owl that hangs out there apparently, but I was not fortunate enough to encounter Junior. Maybe next time! Screened shack was also nice, good shelter from the heat. But, the site was very shaded, so mostly not an issue. I would definitely camp here again (if she'll have me back!). Highly recommend if you want a peaceful, quiet, relaxing camping experience. 10 out of 10, thanks again, Sandy!

Really enjoy staying here! 2nd time was just as fun as our first. Highly recommend. Sandy is a great host!
This place was insane. We had the best time. It's definitely the most unique place we have ever stayed. We definitely plan to be back! Sandy was an excellent host and offered some incredible local attractions to visit that we're just as unique. The reviews that said this place was, at the dead end of a muddy road and was secluded and "a bit unnerving", were exactly why we had to go see for ourselves and we're so glad we did.

Great spor for tent camping and enjoying nature. I took my Adventure Bike with no issues. I will definitely book again. Sandy was amazing host and the spot is private.

Great place to camp out at night and wonderful solitude. Sandy was very nice!!
Outstanding experience at this campsite. Sandy is a sweet person. She greeted us on arrival , showed us around, and answered any questions we had. Site is next to a canal with fish and gators. It has shade, giant fire pit, and rain shelter. I definitely will camp here again.

Sandy was super nice and such a sweet person. Her property is secluded and far enough out in nature that you get that feeling you do when you get out into nature. There is a heavy canopy of Live Oak and Water Oak trees, many Palm trees. There is canal access which I didn't use this trip. Most of the area is in heavy shade. There is a big friendly Owl named Junior that I got to see. Quiet peaceful place. Will camp again there and do recommend.

Loved this little Oasis. Make it home. We stayed over Thanksgiving, caught a lot of fish, momma hog and piglets hung out around camp. And Sandy was a perfect host. Canât wait to go back
Awesome little hideaway...dont be fooled by the drive on the way in...the property is amazing and the host sandy was the perfect host she was helpful and fun. Good place to hide for a few days and not too far from amenities. Bring ur tent and some firewood and enjoy the swamp sounds at night.
