We are on .33 acres in a small neighborhood off of US 1 in the city of Palm Bay. We have room for a rv or campervan. We NOW have 30 amp plug in and water. No bathroom at this time(but coming soon). We are 5 mins to Indialantic beach and .5 mile to the Indian river(great fishing). We are located 1 mile south of Historic Melbourne Village with plenty of shops and dining options. Be a tourist, live like a local.Pull in with your camper. We can plug you in to 30 amps of electricity and provide water. Visit the beach or do some shopping in Melbourne Village just over a mile up the road.Bring your fishing poles. Freshwater pond and Indian River all within a mile. There is a train across the street with occasional horn. Enjoy the sound of our chickens laying fresh eggs daily.

You are in the owner's yard, close to a small park and the water. It is an easy place to get to. The owner is accommodating. There is a train that passes nearby very often and sometime blows a horn

John and his family were wonderful hosts! They were very caring people and would occasionally check in to see if I needed anything. They were even kind enough to give me some fresh eggs from their coop. Complete water and electric hookups available including Wi-Fi. There's even a nice park across the street. Wonderful place to stay overall. Would definitely visit again.
