Learn more about this land: Beautiful Waterfront Premium Site 60' (phase V) at the River Ranch RV Resort. Awesome canal view, double pad, dock for fishing, good shade, fire pit, grill, picnic table, and table with comfortable chairs. The site has water, sewer, 30 and 50 amp and cable tv. It is dual hook up. River Ranch has a direct outlet to the Kissimmee River which is known for some of the best bass fishing in Florida and where many tournaments are held. U.S. Skeet and Shoot World competitions were also held at River Ranch. Perhaps the best known fact about River Ranch is that it holds the record for the longest operating rodeo in Florida. Many local and national champions perform here on a weekly basis. Tater Porter who lives in nearby Kennansville is a world champion Bull Rider. Also, The Saloon which was originally built in Texas in 1918 continues to be a favorite hot spot! Easy spot to back into, and great location. Our first time @ River Ranch, but we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time. The site was exactly as advertised and a breeze. Rafaela’s communication was timely an vey accurate. Beautiful location on the water with a lovely dock complete with Adirondack chairs to enjoys the view and the breeze. BBQ grill, fire pit and an umbrella table with chairs Quiet with the entire River Ranch Resort at your fingertips. Just one of the best HipCamp experiences ever, so far.

River Ranch Site 435 - Waterfront
The site and campground here is beautiful! It’s predominantly privately owned, so there isn’t much turnover of people changing sites. The neighbors skewed retirement age, but we’re all very kind. The entire campground is a little tight for large rigs- it took us about 45 min and lots of small increments to get our 42ft rig in straight. Otherwise, 10/10!
