You can pop a tent anywhere throughout our meticulous 10 acres. Swart Estate sits on top 7 acres of private land. You can enjoy life underneath a canopy of great oak trees dating back to the 1800s. This unique destination is one Florida’s natural beautiful getaways! We can facilitate large groups, there's plenty of room! If you have horses and want to bring them, there is plenty of room and we have two ponds and a pasture. However, you must message me to alert me of the horse being within the booking. You assume all risk. New Bridge Access A newly built bridge now connects the expanded pond area, providing easy access for walking, hiking, and mountain biking while enjoying the surrounding landscape. Now that my children are gone, I am extending my residence for family reunions and church groups on a limited basis due to homestead exemptions as this is my private full time residence. This property is available on a first come, first serve basis, exclusive to 1 group at a time. We have over 3000 beautiful oak trees and tons of accommodations for your stay including: full outdoor kitchen, onsite outdoor covered patio with a bar, shooting range, live free range chicken eggs, and all the privacy desired. I loved the property. Dave let us look around at the whole property so we could pick our ideal camping spot. There was so much for the kids to do. Also, the wash station and cooking area were great. Lots of trees and great star gazing.

Great spot and great accommodations. Definitely fun for the kids and the adults. The roosters wake you up early in the morning but other than that we loved the spot.

WOW! This property truly has it all—especially an exceptional host. Arriving at David’s felt like stepping into a movie scene. Fires were roaring around the property, animals were bustling about, and David welcomed us with an enthusiastic tour that immediately made us feel at home. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a Hipcamp. When the weather turned chilly, David went out of his way to make sure we stayed warm. We loved the archery, swings, and outdoor kitchen, and we left feeling completely rested and relaxed. We will definitely be back!
