You will find numerous hikes in the Olympic National Forest within a short drive, a gorgeous waterfall and swimming hole within 5 minutes, parks, Whitney Garden & Nursery, boat launches, crabbing, clamming & oyster digging, wildlife watching, enjoying the Hood Canal, and much more! Or, just sit back and relax in tranquility, as the property sits at the end of a cul de sac just before entering national forest land. Be sure to leash your pets and keep a good eye, as there are wildcats, coyotes, and bears in the area.

Pull your RV or trailer onto this lot and take in the beautiful southwestern view of Mt. Jupiter ridge and a peek-a-boo view of the Dosewallips River! Listen closely, and you will hear the sounds of the river below. The lot is equipped with power and water hookups! Please be aware the water hookup is near the main gate entrance and the power is about 40 feet apart, so you may need a long hose (see pic). Enjoy the view from the large deck, firepit, or picnic table overlooking the river, valley, and mountains. This lot is truly a little slice of heaven!
Within a few minutes, find yourself at Rocky Brook falls (see pics) for a spectacular view and even a swim if you so please! Pleasant Harbor Marina (also shown in pics) also within 10 minutes! You will also find many hiking trails and parks nearby! There is weak cell service on the lot, so you may or may not be able to connect. I get 1-2 bars with Sprint.
While this property is not very far off the Dosewallips road (35 mph), it is generally very quiet and peaceful. You may hear cars and motorcycles from time to time, but very faintly. The lot is at about 350 ft. elevation, so you may get noise traveling up the valley from the residential community below (to which I belong), such as dogs, people using chainsaws, etc. There is hunting allowed in the national forest, so you could potentially hear guns in the distance during the day, but that is rare.
There are a few close neighbors, so please be respectful and quiet, especially in the evening. Please bring your own firewood when campfires are allowed and please do not forage for firewood on or around the property. Lastly, while the sightings have been few and rare, the neighbors have seen bears, cougars, coyotes, and bobcats near their homes and this property. So keep an eye on your children and pets, especially if off-leash (your pet of course!) The property also slopes a bit where the deck starts, so again, keep a close eye on the kiddos. You have a very good chance of seeing the local Roosevelt Elk that travel in huge herds around Brinnon (See pics). They sometimes lay down and hang out on the grass on the property! Make sure your pets have their flea and tick updates!

Beautiful spot! Arrived on Thanksgiving night to a soggy and foggy view but the next morning woke to blue skies and beautiful Mountain View’s! Plenty of space and the deck and fire pit (although weather prevented us from using) was a wonderful addition. Even though the location is amount neighbors and other homes, it felt very private and very quiet. The views can’t be beat! Would stay again.

This spot was SO cozy. It’s on a street with a bunch of cute cabins so being in our camper almost felt like a “cabin” weekend. The gazebo was a game changer for fall camping and kept us dry to cook, eat, and sit by the fire under the rain. This was such a charming and cozy site! Right on a creek in a beautiful neighborhood. Great waterfall hike nearby and the town of packwood is close and very fun. The gazebo was excellent as we got a little bit of rain and we were able to stay dry while still enjoying a fire 10/10 would go back!

Will's campsite was absolutely magical, quiet, private, and peaceful. The deck with cafe lights was perfect for lounging in a hammock and doing yoga. We also really enjoyed the firepit and star-gazing!

Our family had such a great time on the river. Even though we got some rain everyday we put our paddle boards in the water from the dock and played. The river is super peaceful and you get to see and hear lots of birds. We lucked out and had the whole place to ourselves even. Really nice to have the provided Adirondack chairs for around the campfire and watching the river too. Hosts were always very quick to respond and helpful. Road and property clean, well maintained and so was the port-o-potty on site. We even visited their horses to say hello for change of scene one afternoon. Mostly though we relaxed in the camp area and enjoyed the river. Will return for sure.

This site is a private lot tucked in amongst a community of cabins. It’ got a mountain stream in the back, gazebo, chairs, picnic table, fire pit, full hookups , Wi-Fi, and a new gravel pad. I wished we had built in a longer stay. It’s less than a 5-minute drive to an entrance to Mount Rainier National Park.

I would absolutely stay here again! Meeting Tera was like meeting an old friend and getting in was easy. The shuttle option was so helpful and there's an all around great vibe with the community and property that made the whole experience really pleasant. Seeing the horses in the pasture was so lovely to wake up to. I'm glad I found this spot and hope to return soon!

Camping on Tera's land was an excellent experience! My wife and my 1-1/2 year old daughter were able to drive our Prius through the open pasture and choose a location we desired! The land and facilities were well managed and it was certainly easy to come and go as you please. We would definitely visit again and would recommend to any friends visiting the area.

We stayed at Tera’s magical farm for three nights to attend the two-day Psychic Salamander Festival at nearby (about 10 minute drive) Remlinger Farms.
The whole farm is beautiful and beautifully maintained and appointed. Tera is responsive and helpful and offers a convenient,
reasonably priced, round-trip shuttle to Remlinger.
We camped in one of the Gully sites. The Gully is a wooded area with a handful of sites running along a small creek. The sites are “walk-in” sites about a minute walk from the farm’s parking area and communal facilities and the pasture camping areas. It’s best to pack efficiently and carry belongings in one or two trips or take Tera up on her generous offer to help drive belongings down in her mini ranger when you get there. We felt safe keeping food at the site in a secure cooler to avoid trips back and forth to the car.
We’re grateful that standard campgrounds were booked when I was searching for festival accommodations so that we discovered the unique gem that is Tera’s farm.
We look forward to many returns.

We loved staying here! Tera is a fantastic host and the grounds are very well kept. Toilets were easily available and clean. She has communal campfires set up to gather around, easy trail access to Remlinger (the walk was about 30mins one-way), and offers a shuttle service for concert-goers. The cherry on top was a free ice cream van that appeared out of seemingly nowhere.
I can’t believe we lucked out so much with this booking- it was our first Hipcamp! Truly set the bar for the future.
