Welcome to Wildfern Grove- a 40 acre forested sanctuary nestled in the PNW and home to our intentional community. Here, we welcome all of you, invite you to slow down, and feel what it is like to be held by the land and community. Our accommodations include five hand-painted Mongolian Yurts, a zome, private cabin and tent camping. Whether you’re seeking a solo reset, a romantic woodland escape, creative inspiration, or a unique stay immersed in nature, the Grove invites you to slow down and reconnect. Wildfern Grove is best enjoyed by those who appreciate beauty, quiet, community, creativity, and connection to nature. We ask guests to honor shared spaces, quiet hours, and the gentle spirit of the land. Your tent site has territorial views of South Prairie. Owners live on the property about a quarter mile away from the tent site, where you will find a communal kitchen and bathroom available for use. Welcome to our community! Our goal is to create a beautiful, fun, and relaxing environment for our visitors, friends and community members. We are actively working towards enhancing our camping, yurt and event hosting experiences. One of our main goals is to create a space that is inviting to all, where people get the opportunity to connect with others in a serene and playful nature space. Whether you are visiting for an event or just staying the night, we invite you to get our attention and ask about all that we are creating. We love connecting with our guests and sharing our passion project.

After ascending the stairs and stepping through the warm orange door, you will be welcomed home to Heart. She is our brightest yurt, a favorite of our guests. Something about this sacred space gives you a chance to feel held and loved for all that you are. This yurt is off-grid and intentionally so. No electricity means no screen temptation– just lantern light, and the sound of the forest breathing around you. Whether you're seeking a creative reset, a solo retreat, or a forest escape with someone you love, Heart offers something rare: the chance to simply be, held by a circular space that has no corners and no rush. Inside your yurt: Comfortable Queen Size Bed with Cozy Comforter, Pillows & Colorful Throw Blanket, Single Sleeper Sofa, Dining Table & Two Chairs, Rechargeable Lanterns, Propane Heater, Water, Towels, Hand-Painted Traditional Mongolian Art and a Heart Altar, Yak Fur lined walls (these do have a natural smell) & Fire pit and chairs outside What you will not find: Electricity, Wifi or a Bathroom Ground Rules at Wildfern Grove QUIET HOURS- 10pm-8am please be respectful of our guests and residents CHECK IN 3pm CHECK OUT 11am (please message if you would like to modify) This is a SANCTUARY, NOT A PLACE TO PARTY. Many people come here for healing and a chance to get away from day to day life. We ask that you show respect to your fellow guests, the land, and the community that is supporting your stay. If someone is found to be behaving inappropriately they will be asked to leave. NO SMOKING INSIDE, or open flames ever. Any smoking should take place at least 25 feet from any door. Cleansing a yurt after smoke has been inside is a huge deal and will result in a $750 fine. DOGS ONLY for pets. While we love all of the furries and feathered friends, we can only allow a max of 2 dogs per yurt. There is a $25 pet fee and we ask that dogs not be left unattended on property, that they be leashed at all times when out of your yurt and all poop be picked up. If damage is caused during your stay, please notify management immediately. ONLY TOILET PAPER in the Community Space Bathroom! NO TAMPONS ever please. We frequently have to do maintenance to our sub pump due to this and we lose the use of this accessible bathroom for all. What Wildfern Grove Has to Offer 🌳 THE GROUNDS Come for a mystical walk in our gorgeous and lush mossy forest with secret walking trails, tree hammocks, beautiful views, gnomes and other forest folk. You can also enjoy patio time with grills and a propane firepit (in season) or enjoy a swing overlooking our meadow. There are composting toilets located near the yurts and by the meadow. PARKING is located right across from your yurt and is labeled. 4x4 or AWD is needed to get up our hill if it is ice or snow covered. 🛋 COMMUNITY SPACE A brief two minute walk down the driveway, in the lower level of the Geodesic Dome home, we welcome you to the heart of our community. Drop in and play some games, relax on the couch, charge your devices and sip a cup of complimentary coffee or tea. Here you will find a fully stocked kitchen and dining area and a fully accessible bathroom. Feel free to use the fridges, but please label your food or gremlins are likely to attack. There is also complimentary wifi available here, but not at the yurts. 🚿 BATHROOMS & OUTDOOR SHOWERS The Community Space houses a full bath with Walk-In Shower. We have amazing Outdoor Showers with forest views as well. If you are using your own toiletries- they must be biodegradable and ecofriendly, or just use ours! There are composting toilets between Soul and Gaia yurts as well as over by our meadow. Instructions on how to properly use these are inside the door. 🌲 CEDAR HOT TUB Melt into our luxurious 7' cedar hot tub located on the deck of the Geodesic Dome Home. We ask that all guests shower prior to enjoying the tub. This is a shared and Clothing Optional space (this is the only area on the property that is clothing optional). We ask all guests to honor consent, respect, and community values. Anyone behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave. 🧘‍♀️ GYM & MOVEMENT SPACE Our converted 4-car garage offers a fully stocked gym, Yoga Mats, Aerial Silks, Large Open Mat Space and is open 24/7. We ask all guests to honor consent, respect, and community values.
