We have noticed an influx of owners that do not let us know and show up with dogs as we need to go over additional information. There is no additional fee but since we have livestock roaming freely around the property, to ensure their safety, long leads are highly encouraged especially if dogs do not have exceptional training and recall. AMENITIES/THINGS TO DO:
-There is a communal bunkhouse on property available to guests with a flushable toilet and a hot water shower. It also includes a kitchenette and we welcome you to use any of the kitchen/cookware and appliances. Our 2 Frenchies also stay in this building but they love humans and all the attention you can give them!
-There is an infrared sauna that can sit up to 3 people located next to the yurt accompanied by a cold plunge as an add-on.
-You are welcome to wander around the entire property and grab fruit daily from the trees when in season or have us get you farm fresh eggs from the coop to eat for breakfast.
-Say hello to the animals (sheep, goats, chickens, cats and dogs) or go for a walk/run around the countryside roads with walking/running/biking adventures available to you along the beautiful and paved Foothills Trail extending from Enumclaw to Puyallup.
-Communal fire pit areas with picnic table and chairs available when fire ban is not in effect. We have a moveable metal one which we can transport to your camp spot if preferred. We sell a large milkcrate full of wood for $10 if needed.

Waterfall Sanctuary is a hidden gem on 17 acres, bordered on two sides by the Gifford Pinchot N F. In the heart of the Columbia River Gorge just outside Carson, Washington. It's home to a mini-farm with goats, ducks, & chickens. Deer & elk walk through the property on a fairly regular basis depending on the season, it's less than a mile walk (or short drive) to the Wind River with a swimming hole, & a short distance further to the Pacific Crest Trail.
A 20-minute drive & you're at the Columbia River. An hour to the West is Portland if you are in the mood for some city life, & 35 minutes east is Hood River, a gorgeous old town with tons of charm. The closest town, Stevenson, Washington is home to shops, local restaurants, & access to the Columbia River.
Also in close proximity are amazing waterfalls, trails, & National Forest roads that are close by & well maintained. No matter the season there is something to do a short distance from the property.
Keep in mind that the property is very rugged except for the trails we have provided to access other parts of the property. We are as off grid & sustainable as possible- while no electricity or running water is available at the individual sites, we provide battery or solar operated lighting, a container of water for each site.

There are two separate, private camping areas with fire pits, toilets and room for multiple tents.
The Mountain View site has potable running water, a camp shower and is near the parking area for 2WD cars. The Maidenhair Cliff site is only accessible by AWD vehicles or walking. There is a cart available.
North Cascades National Park is a picturesque 1 1/2 hr drive away. The Centennial Trail, the Boulder River hike and The Outback Kangaroo farm are nearby.

We live in a beautiful location! The main attraction is the outdoors. The large Ponderosa pines and oak trees surrounding the safari tent fill the air with a scent that some say smells like vanilla. Birds chirp, deer graze, and squirrels gather food throughout the day. Sit on the porch and watch it all happen—it truly is relaxing!
I want to mention that the stargazing here is amazing! Simply press the power button on the back of the solar panel to turn off the lights for a better view of the night sky. Please turn them back on when you're finished, if you remember.
Be sure to visit Goldendale Observatory. It boasts one of the largest public telescopes in the nation, and admission is free.
Guest Access
The property is located on 20 private wooded acres. There are 10 sites on the property. You are welcome to walk around the acreage, but please be respectful of other guests and their campsites. The property is fully fenced, and the only way in and out is through the front entrance at this time.
Please do not enter neighboring properties. Everyone here posts No Trespassing signs, and they take them seriously. Thanks for understanding.

Jenel & Khohay are incredibly welcoming and friendly hosts! They were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely LOVED our time at the farm! It’s such a peaceful and relaxing place, and waking up to see the sheep, goats, and chickens in the morning made the experience even more special. It was truly an amazing and memorable stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway. We would definitely love to come back!

Great camping experience. Beautiful location near a calm, picturesque bay. Surprisingly quiet campground even when full. Accommodated our group and large tent by moving us to a more spacious RV site with flat lawn. Clean bathrooms with flush toilets and inexpensive hot showers.

spacious & private farm field site, blackberries in abundance, friendly sheep, cutest frenchies ever, warmly greeted and toured around by hosts - was a great place to land for the last night of our road trip. we recommend ear plugs tho, as we could hear neighbours havin' a time into the night and due to the nature of a field, sound carries far. the kitchen was fully stocked, hot showers, wifi- good value! thanks for having us :)

We had such a great time at the campsite! The RV was nicely stocked, the campsites were really large, clean porta potties, and we saw deer! There was a communal gas fire pit (we weren’t guaranteed propane so we brought some), plenty of games, a sink with dish soap and sponge. It would’ve been nice to have a dumpster instead of having to take our garbage with us but Teresa’s videos were very helpful for check in and she was very quick to respond with questions.

Plenty of space even after tents set up and parking. Appreciate the wash station and hot shower. "Bathrooms" are clean. Careful walking around at night as the ground is pretty uneven in places.

Our tent spot was great. The shade of the trees was nice. The camping area bathrooms were clean, showers were hot and there's a nice big dishwashing sink. We enjoyed badminton on the lawn area, and the rabbits hopping around are adorable.

Passed through on a motorcycle trip. It was the perfect place to stop for a couple of days to explore the area. Teresa was a fantastic host and the camp was exactly what we were hoping for. The shower was hot and the porta-potties were clean. The shared fire pit area was nice to use after a long day. The camp was quiet and very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again next time we pass through.
