10 acre homestead on the outskirts of downtown North Bend at the base of Mt. Si. Breathtaking view of the mountain, peaceful pastures, amazing wildlife. Walk or ride to all the charm of Downtown North Bend (0.7 miles), The Snoqualmie River (0.5 miles) or The Snoqualmie Trail (0.5 miles). Close to Rattlesnake Lake (6.5 miles) and a huge variety of hiking trails. The farm is regularly visited by elk. This camp site is very private and peaceful! We will be open from May 1st through September, 2026. We have a 3 night maximum stay per booking. The site can accommodate up to two RVs or 3-4 tents depending on the distance apart. We allow up to 6 people per booking. The firepit and the Snoqualmie River are about 150' away from your tent or RV. We have a porta-potti at the camp site and also two picnic tables. Pets are welcome at our HipCamp, but we do require that you clean up after them. Near North Bend there are several hiking/biking trails including the trail up Mt. My two daughters and I had a wonderful week at the cabin. It was very accessible. I am notoriously under prepared for trips but my husband packed us so we had everything. This cabin was perfect for me because it had everything I would have forgotten otherwise! Smores, bedding, silverware, cups, tp, beer. We did not go without! The host went above and beyond while respecting our privacy. My children like to act like witches around a fire. She even allowed us to shorten our stay (summer camp was only 4 days, not 5). Which ended up disappointing my eldest daughter! We would've stayed another night if needed. No problem. We had plenty of room and heat. The outside fire was stubborn but, again, the host had us covered with all supplies we needed. It was one of the best cabins I've ever stayed in. Bravo! Thank you. We would come back in a second.

It was the perfect base camp for me while attending World Cup festivities. I really liked the location in the neighborhood while still having privacy. If I ever go back to the area I will definitely go back. Highly recommended it!

This is a lovely site. It is situated so perfectly to enjoy the forest but to also enjoy plenty of light filtering through clearings in the trees as well as a nice open space to set up camp and spread out a bit while not feeling boxed in.

It was a private get away for my wife and I. The path was not too bad to the tent site. The only thing that could have been better was not a downpour of rain right when we started setting up the tent. We would gladly return for another weekend of forced relaxation

The little cabin was peaceful and well thought out! I loved the little touches of whimsy throughout the property and having the trail so close by was convenient. I slept really well and it was nice to have more comforts than tent camping. Plus waking up to the symphony of birds was incredible! My pups also loved their stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Weekend Trip to Forested with River Access/Firepit

Super cute, private campsite with everything you need. I am a solo camper or camp with my son. I felt very safe and secluded. The site is at the back of the hosts property, fully distanced with a line of trees, then an open field and then another sprawl of forested area. You can choose to tent in the field or setup near the firepit inside the forested area. The firepit is a short walk down a cute trail into a small clearing big enough for 1 or 2 tents and fully covered on all sides and above by forest. It sits right along the river with clear views of the water. We setup near the firepit as it provided shelter from the rain we knew was coming and warmth. It would also block out sun on hot weekends. It was a peaceful trip. Sounds of various birds, the water and rain were lovely! There was a picnic table near the firepit and another at the field. We setup a tarp over the table by the firepit and kept dry for cooking, crafts and reading. There were plenty of trees to tie off a tarp on. And several great hammock spots that we didnt get to use due to rain. The host couple stopped by early upon our arrival and introduced themselves. They were very warm and kind and left us be otherwise. The porta potty on site is far enough not to notice and close enough to be comfortable wandering to in the dead of night. It was stocked with TP and extra rolls and hand sanitizer. This is a gem if a location. Perfect for rain or hot summer private caming getaways. We'll be back!

2 nights at Rockin’ Z Ranch

This was a great, quiet, level and easy to back in to spot. Getting to the first turnoff from the main road kind of violently punches you in the stomach and will turn your knuckles 3-4 shades lighter. So, the main road is a 55mph, 2 laner and even with GPS on, it sneaks up fast. The road leading back to the site is big enough for one vehicle, and yes/maybe, that bridge will hold you but you’re going to doubt it. Eat lightly any day you’re feeling like going in to town. Don't hook up to the spigot…doesn’t work. Just hook your hose to theirs that’s connected to the blue lever. Even though there is a sewer thing right there beside where you'll park, don’t use it. Sewer isn’t available! Put your hoses and gloves away, folks. There were three different horses that came down each day along with a very friendly, although slightly demanding of attention black cat. If he or she could have perched on top of my head or shoulders it would have been in cat heaven. I don’t believe in cat heaven so I did not oblige the beast. Have y’all seen an “All Cats Go To Heaven” movie. Dogs are my favorites. There is a movie about them and heaven.

1 night at Highland Park Hideaway

There is no where in Seattle in the city to stay if you have an RV and want go to any of the games (Seahawks, Storm, etc) or check out all that the city has to offer. So finding Patricks little Garden Spot was Perfect for us and the dogs. Great place to stay. Very quiet and secure. Felt very safe to leave all our belongings and dogs when we went to the game. The RV spot is covered by a large metal structure which was great. Keep the heat or rain out. Patrick was friendly, informative and accommodating and the instruction of how to get there were clear and it’s easy to find, park and turn around. Our RV is 20ft long, but the area could easily park something bigger. We will definitely be staying there again.

A great place to feel secluded but only 5-6 minutes from the town of Carnation and very private. Porta potty was immaculate (brand new?) Believe me, I've used multiple portable toilets overseas (middle east) that were maintained by the local contractors every four hours so I thought those were clean but this is better. The ground is a little bumpy. I didn't have any leveling blocks, but, for our truck camper on an F250 crew cab with 6.75 bed, I found the North-East corner 50 feet to the hiking trail entry didn't need any blocks. This spot was also in the clear of the trees to face North for our Starlink mini. T-mobile had 5G but buffering when the kids were watching their movies. So Starlink worked better for this. Overall, would be back here if in the area.
