This backyard shed conversion is a perfect mix of comfy and quirky! Ms Pacman, Beanie Babies, and a lips couch all make an appearance in this suburban backyard glamping experience! At just 186 square feet, this spot is all yours to enjoy away from the noise of the city in our large, lush backyard. You have a private patio to smoke or enjoy meals on our cedar deck, or enjoy a drink in the shared hammock space under our towering Eastern Hemlock tree. Your quiet backyard refuge is equipped with everything you’ll need for a fun weekend away. We are just two blocks from the bus stop--close to the airport, close to downtown, and walkable to White Center. And only two blocks from your door is Westcrest Park, a Greenbelt with trails and a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline. If you feel like staying in, enjoy our “mini arcade” or make use of some of our board games or coloring books. Relax on an iconic Seattle drag bar’s original “lips couch” or grab a book from our queer library. This is a stand alone structure w/small AC unit and wall heater. There is no shower in this dry space, but there is a camping sink that functions like a normal kitchen sink with hot water capacity. The shed has an easy to use composting toilet with clear instructions if you’re a first timer. Also, this IS a converted shed, so be ready for some lower ceilings and narrow spaces. The lofted full bed is cozy, but don’t bop your head on the way out! The bed has a six inch memory foam mattress with extra blankets and pillows. Everything is washed with free and clear detergent for sensitivities. We provide a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, coffee supplies (keurig pods,pour over coffee with creamer/sugar), wine opener, dishes, and more. We have 2 tables where you can enjoy meals and games either indoors or outdoors. One block away is Highland Park which has a tennis court and baseball field. A mile north, explore the West Duwamish Greenbelt Trails. 2 blocks south is Westcrest Park that hosts a community garden, a dog park, and small trails in their greenbelt. You’re also walking distance to downtown White Center, which has breweries, a roller skating rink, a gay bar, and plenty of coffee shops/restaurants.This backyard shed conversion is a perfect mix of comfy and quirky! I enjoyed having a private, secure spot to hunker down after a day in the big city. I slept so well. I also enjoyed the things that earned its name and more! So nice to learn about local spots to check out. Playing the Pacman games was a fun way to unwind and I learned from checking out the queer library. What a great spot! Will be returning in the future!

Such a great part of our road trip! Fun, quirky, clean, with everything you need. Was a quick drive up to the West Seattle Ferry, from where you can park and ferry straight into downtown Seattle!

Ms Pacman's Backyard Glampsite
Cassi’s glampsite was adorable, comfortable and convenient. Easy access to the site and easy parking. It was about a 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle, and as I laid comfortably in the bunk at night contemplating the hundreds of dollars saved by not being in a characterless, overpriced hotel, I was immensely grateful to Cassi for creating this space! I was traveling with a tall partner (about 6’3) and the bunk was squeezy but they slept diagonally and we made it work!

I had a lovely stay here! This place is full of whimsy and had everything I needed to be comfortable. I appreciated the clear instructions on using the amenities, suggestions on exploring the nearby area, and various forms of entertainment - books, games, crayons, etc. Cassi was a thoughtful host and even had a friend clean the cabin since they had a cold and didn't want to risk spreading germs. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable! I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a super cute place to stay at for a night. I felt very safe! Cassi was awesome- very communicative and answered any questions I had quickly! Very helpful. The decor was super cool, and I thought the beanie babies, lip couch, and Pac-Man machines added a super cool vibe. I would totally recommend!

I really enjoyed this accommodation and was quite impressed with all the attention to detail and creativity, creating a unique environment that was both intriguing and comforting. This was a fun and quirky experience. Although my friend and I only stayed for one night, we had a good experience. I really appreciate the cute little amenities such as the books, beanie babies and especially the mini Pac-Man arcades. Overall I’d def recommend this spot.

Absolutely wonderful stay! I felt so comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler. Cassi thought of everything that would make a guest feel right at home, and the decor is amazing. I also loved the books and beanie babies shelf, that was an extra special touch. 10/10, I highly recommend!

Cute spot with a very comfortable bunk bed, nice kitchen with coffee supplies, and a very impressive compost toilet setup! Loved the area (West Seattle) - so many parks and walkable neighborhoods. The host was very responsive and brought out extra blankets/pillows when I thought I'd have an extra last-minute guest.

We had such a great time staying at Ms. Pacman’s Backyard Glampsite! The location was perfect, nice and quiet, but a quick drive to downtown. Parking was easy too, which is always a plus. The bed was really comfortable, with plenty of space for two. Immaculate taste in books and don’t get me started on the beanie babies??!!! We hadn’t planned on cooking, but when we got back late one night, the stove came in clutch for making some midnight sushi. Everything was clean and just so thoughtfully put together. I couldn’t stop taking pictures because it all looked so nice. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

The shed is very well done and comes with everything you may need, from local dining/entertainment suggestions, to a fully stocked kitchen, water, board games, I could go on and on. This place was great! We arrived at night and the place was well-signed, well-lit, and easy to get into. There was a heater and fans for temperature regulation, the bed was very comfortable, coffee + tea for when we woke up, and it was CUTE. Lip couch 10/10. Would return, and would recommend.

Such a fun spot in a quiet, walkable neighborhood of West Seattle. We truly didn't want to leave! The tiny house had a coffee maker, composting toilet, and everything we needed to cook. Hosts were very responsive as well.
