This beautiful 13acre slice of heaven sits along the Little Quilcene River. Cedar+Fern hosts multiple campsites in a park-like setting amongst PNW's forest giants, Western Red Cedar, Douglas Fir, Big Leaf Maple, etc. During your stay, explore the walking trails throughout the towering forest to find private spots along the river to take a dip. Check out all the new growth on the young fruit orchard and large food garden. Walk through the alder grove and discover both the pond as well as the new farm extension! While on the land, let the sounds of the river wash away life's stress and enjoy a bit of the slow life.

Site 3 - Cedar + Fern

10/10 recommend

One of the best spots even in the dead heat of the summer. Amazing location for nature exploration and river cool off days. The price for this place is unbelievable. Took my wife and dog on a road trip and booked for 1 night. Wished I booked for a week. Every tent site is about a 3 minute walk through the beautiful woods. Got to talk to the owner and she was beyond helpful pointing us in the direction for everything we needed with us having to ask. Fire pit and table with a tarp covering both at every site. We stayed at camp 3 and got to see the owners garden and hens which was an added plus. Recommend this spot even if it’s out of the way.

Site 1 - Cedar + Fern

Beautiful campsite. There are only three campsites on a fairly large plot of land. The nearby river was a big plus. The pit toilet was very well maintained.

Site 3 - Cedar + Fern

Site 3 Camp

Loved the space. Site 3 was a bit more private from site 1 and 2, other than the owners feeding their chickens during the day. It was very peaceful. The Hammock, awning, and firepit were all very nice amenities. We fit an RV, car, tent, 4 of us and 3 dogs and were comfy! The river access is a little 4min Jaunt through the woods. Would recommend! Thank you!

Site 3 - Cedar + Fern

My bestie, myself, and my adventure pup had our first visit here! It was just what we needed for an overnight outdoor reset less than 2 hours from Tacoma. Beautiful property. Solid fire pit (this is important), super clean port o potty, and the sound of the river was the catalyst to a perfect nights sleep. Only con is bugs, so bring your bug spray and a citronella candle (fire helped also). Chickens on site too and a beautiful garden. We will definitely be back!

Site 2 - Cedar + Fern

We loved our short visit. Such a quiet and serene place nested in the beautiful forest. Nicely set up for either van or tent camping. We hope to be back.
