Little Island
We've been to this campground two years in a row. Close to the hot spring baths and Stephenson. Secluded, but other campers are present, so we don't feel completely alone. The noise of the little river is calming. We really enjoy this space. Thank you.

Amazing property- completely private campsite just a short walk from the parking area and literally overhanging the creek. Great hiking trails- it’s clearly a labor of love and amazing spot to spend the night (or multiple nights)! We’ll be back!

Magical place that felt very private —we saw a bald eagle, a hawk, lots of fish! The river was chilly but the warm days were a good balance. We loved the two swings in our campsite! The firepit has a flat grill grate on top where you can possibly grill food. We loved hearing the river at night and we’ll definitely want to be back again!

Lovely! We easily set up camp in two trips BUT I can see how a some people I know would have struggled with this one. Still dont think that's not a reason to go... just think of it as a little work out before the fun.
It was absolutely beautiful, secluded enough and brimming with wildlife. Would definitely come back over and over again. Also the name rings very true considering we saw two adult bald eagles and one juvenile while we were there.

Fern Ridge is a lovely place to unwind and reset. The tiny house is really not so tiny! The beds are comfortable, the surroundings are peaceful and you really have everything you need just to enjoy "being" for a day or two or three..

Absolutely fantastic
Wow! What a special place. Every detail was considered at Fern Ridge — from the smart use of the small space, to a full kitchen and gorgeous hiking trails, little Fern will not disappoint. It was an inspiring, cozy and very clean space! We will definitely be visiting again!

Springs Meadow
Beautiful, serene and quiet spot. All you can hear is the river. The water is crystal clear. Big open meadow for group camping and lots of trails throughout the camping areas. Nice composting toilets

Beautiful camp site with a peaceful stream to lull you to sleep at night. The hot springs are just a 15 min walk from the site and well worth the rocky trek. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful spot, right on the river with the sound of rushing water serenading us all night. Roomy campsite felt fairly private. And probably the nicest composting toilets I have ever used! Hot springs were perfection =) This land is a special place.

We really liked our spot, it was beautiful and peaceful. There were no other campers in the campground the day we were there so we got the whole place to ourselves which was a treat. I think the prices are expensive for what it is, but we enjoyed it.

This tiny house is beautiful and well-designed. The wilderness surrounding was ideal. The composting toilet, truly, was awesome and not the slightest bit stinky. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Camping Spot
What a beautiful spot to pitch a tent! I had a wonderful time staying by the river and absolutely loved the swings. This spot is a 10/10. The land was breathtaking, the water was cool on a hot day, and the campsite was clean and very well maintained. Can’t recommend enough!
