Take a break from the city and connect with nature by staying at our magical farm property located on the very south end of Whidbey Island, WA (12 minutes from the Clinton ferry dock). You can enjoy such activities as swinging in one of the many hammocks, getting goldfish pedicures, feeding some of the sweet animals, talking with the parrot, doing goat yoga, picking fresh fruits and vegetables for dinner you can prepare in our outdoor cabana kitchen, eating s'mores at one of the many firepits, visiting the beautiful flower gardens or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Wildlife galore including bald and golden eagles, red tail hawks, deer, raccoons, heron and coyotes. Some nights, we have live music in the evening by one of South Whidbey's amazing bands and beer flowing from the taps built into the wall of the cabana. It is just me and an occasional worker operating the property so you may see us weeding, feeding farm animals or watering some of the many gardens. You are encouraged to participate in activities on the farm and children are welcome to do the same. We are 5 minutes from Bailey's Corner Store, Whidbey's best burger joint, which has great music various nights of the week, and Ogres Brewery which also has great entertainment and beer. Langley and Freeland are each 20 minutes away. Note that all sites are TENT-ONLY sites. There is no car, roof-top tent or RV camping availability.

Weekend Trip to White Moth Lodge

This was our favorite Hipcamp stay to date! The site had everything we could need and then some. The barn was a perfect sleeping space for my partner and me. We appreciated the included firewood and s’mores fixings which we enjoyed on our second night outside at the fire pit. The string lights were both aesthetically pleasing and also helpful in illuminating the paths to the fire pit and well-kept and clean outhouse! We loved wandering around the property to find different types of mushrooms and hear a variety of birdsongs. You really feel like you’re out in the beautiful forest but close enough to town to get what you need and a good bite to eat!

Patrick's place was just what we needed as we had a night in the Seattle area before heading home. Peaceful, private spot with a nice overhead canopy that we parked or 18' RV under-- which was nice as it rained the morning we broke down. The amenities and space is just as described. Patrick is a great communicator and quick to respond with a couple questions we had.

A wonderful and peaceful spot. Super convenient to the North Hood Canal area. Great privacy. Adorable horses. Renters should be comfortable backing down a short but narrow downhill path to campsite. Host was super nice and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Peaceful yurt tucked into the Forrest with a great glamping setup! Our family of four had plenty of space inside & out. Thoughtful off grid features for power and lighting.

This hammock is set up close to a drop. It's above the creek that flows through so you can relax and just listen to the water below.

All around, great stop and great person. I just needed a place close to the city for a night, to stop for an oil change. Last minute (literally an hour or two before arriving) booking that Patrick responded to immediately with no issues. I arrived and Patrick was hard at work keeping his obviously well cared for home and garden in tact. He still took the time in between chores to stop and share stories of travel and local watering holes for me to go explore. Kind person who has built a little escape from the city, within the city. 10/10 will stay again if passing through Seattle area.

1 night at Secluded Forest Yurt

This site was easy to get to using the ferry, and was only about 15 minutes away from the terminal. The yurt was tucked into the woods, a few minutes walk from the main house, and felt totally secluded once we were there. Everything was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Tea and coffee were well stocked, and the candles made the off grid site super romantic. Depending on your cellular provider, you might not have service while there. The toilet was a little finicky, but there’s a clean outhouse behind the yurt and Virginia was super responsive. I plan to come back again!

Great private space for van/car or tent camping. Great outhouse and so close to town and restaurants. They do have a couple large dogs that ran down to camp barking a couple times during our stay which made our pups uncomfortable but they were easily shood back to their home. Could be a problem if you have a territorial pup or are scared of large dogs.

A secluded, awesome yurt in the woods. Battery packs were provided for plenty of power and propane for warmth and cooking. Everything was amazing, quiet and peaceful. It was so cool seeing the goats and emus as we came and went too 🥰
