We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating, and it was clear that care was taken to make the space welcoming for guests. The directions were easy to follow, and we had no trouble finding everything we needed.

Beautiful property & yurt and very secluded. Very kind, responsive hosts. I would stay again and would recommend it for a quiet, nice getaway. Just be sure to follow all of the instructions for the toilet and bring the bug spray.
Delightful private yurt! Tucked away about 500 feet into the woods from where you park. Virginia generously let our toddler feed her animals, that was a highlight. The yurt is well stocked with amenities including lanterns, battery back up, drinkable water etc. Plan for mosquitoes. Short driving distance to downtown and nearby parks/playgrounds.
I loved having this adventure with my three kids! The yurt was so comfortable and well stocked. The air was fresh and it stayed cool even on a 90 degree day. The path from parking to the yurt was fairly long and gave my kids freedom to explore and ride their bikes up and down and I still always knew where they were even though they got to be independent and go on "nature walks." Virginia invited the kids to feed her goats with her, and they were SO TICKLED (literally) and got so much joy!
We had an incredible stay at this secluded forest yurt. It was much larger than expected and thoughtfully stocked, with plebty of candles, comforts and quiet that made the evenings extra cozy. Our favorite moment was lighting candles, watching a movie, after relaxing by the fire after a peaceful day outside. The porch and grill were perfect for soaking up the forest setting, romantic, quiet, and calming. Even though the mosquitoes were out, we came prepared and it didn't dampen the experience. Our two dachshunds loved exploring. Lowbacca took his security duties very seriously while Lady took everything in. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already talking about coming back. Thank you, Virginia, for creating such a memorable, welcoming place. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful nature getaway.

Our stay was short, but sweet. Such a cozy and well thought out space! Exceeded expectations.
Tucked away and quiet. We even spotted some owls!
We absolutely loved staying in the yurt it was very spacious with plenty of extra moving around space. The host left us lots of candles and other essentials to use during our stay. The outside firepit, bbq and hammock is a great addition. Although the mosquitoes where out with a vengence we managed with the spray and tiki torches our host also provided. (Understandably so since we had a nice good rain a day before our trip)
Virginia is the best host. What a cute and hidden hideaway. The yurt was massive and the Forest gave us so much to explore. Reception is spotty so plan on disconnecting and enjoying nature. My son and I had great quality time.
Thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. We rolled up, experienced all the joys of camping, then had a nice bed at the end of the night. The woods were lovely to wake up in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely charming location and quite private. Virginia is friendly and welcoming and so thoughtful in all the touches she adds to the Yurt and property. It was so much nicer than we even expected. She had candles inside and out, string lights and tiki torches. Firewood and kindling were stacked and ready for use. Such considerate touches! We would love to visit again soon!
I loved staying at the yurt. It truly is secluded and had a beautiful short walk through the forest to get there. Inside the yurt has lots of thoughtful details like lanterns, tea, and extra blankets. The yurt also smelled wonderful, perhaps the type of wood it is made with (?) and was very clean. I have stayed at many unique places and this is one of my absolute favorites.
This is a wonderful forest retreat right in town. We wanted just one night away to relax and play our music and be alone from the hustle and bustle of life. Virginia was a wonderful host with such a sacred forest preserve vibe. We felt like we were so far away yet so close to home. There was a local owl who just chilled in the trees above us! Very romantic and peaceful even during a little stormy weather. We will definetley be going back when we need time away but dont have the time to go far away. Thank you virginia, such a lovely property and just amazing how you are keeping it so natural, there isnt much of that left in port orchard!

Forest Gatherings
Virginia was a fantastic host - she made sure the yurt was totally stocked and communicated easily and promptly. The yurt was incredibly comfortable. We loved the big deck. It's as a bit of a walk through the woods to get there, and so it feels secluded - yet you have conveniences close by. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.
