very peaceful one night getaway! loved the morning coffees 🫶🏼
My wife, my kid and I enjoyed our overnight stay in the a-frames enough to want to return again.
Our hosts gave us clear directions & met us when we arrived. Everything was very cordial and relaxed.
We took a twilight walk through the trees & then stayed up late to witness the Perseid event. The hammock was perfect for that!
Although we opted to make our own coffee, it’s nice to know that, and fresh eggs are available.
Overall, the experience was just plain easy. It’d be a very good experience for someone with limited experience camping, such as a teenager. We are very pleased.
Lovely space to camp. Beautiful property and the hosts were so nice!

We would definitely stay here again! It was easy to find and our host greeted us upon arrival with a brief overview of the site. The A-Frames were super cute and the picnic tables and fire pit were perfect for hot dogs and s’mores. We enjoyed exploring the woods, building fairy houses, playing on the swing set tucked away in the woods and relaxing in the hammock.
What a treat to find such a place! It was nice to have a cot to toss the sleeping bags on the deck in the shelters!
Very clean and being able to open the wall panel was wonderful especially on the warm day/night.
I’ll be back!

Very friendly hosts, cabin was as advertised, the property is very accessible with a small Sedan, and is only 10 minutes from a Walmart and other shops/restaurants.

Wow, Clare & Pete have created a magical place tucked in the woods. We were perfectly positioned between Poulsbo and Port Gamble for adventures in both cute communities. Coffee service was dreamy in the morning and they were so wonderfully welcoming overall.

Such a nice stay! Really cozy and tucked away in the woods for a nice peaceful night!😊 The cabins are very clean and nice! The hosts are very hospitable and really nice to talk to! Also, they gave some good recommendations for things to do in the area! Lastly, amazing coffee😋. Would 100% stay here again! Thank you!!
Our family had the most incredible stay here! We came with our 9-year-old daughter, and it was such a special experience from beginning to end. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. Clare served us beautiful coffee served on an elegant platter, which was such a thoughtful touch. We loved the farm tour and getting to learn about the property, but our daughter’s absolute favorite part was collecting fresh eggs from the chicken coop each morning. Those are memories she’ll never forget. The peaceful setting, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made this so much more than just a place to stay—it felt like visiting friends. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for a unique, relaxing farm stay with amazing hosts, we can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a great stay on Pete and Claire’s land! The A frames had comfortable cots and the site had everything we needed. Pete met us upon arrival and started up the pellet fireplace for us. It was a lovely stay!
My daughter and I had such a great time camping here. It was so peaceful and well maintained. The coffee in the morning was a nice treat too. I would highly recommend this special spot.

✨ What a magical stay! ✨
This Hipcamp felt like stepping into a storybook. The basecamp had two cozy A-frames, but we decided to pitch our tent so our whole family could snuggle up together under the stars. The kids immediately claimed the A-frames as their own little “clubhouses” and filled them with giggles and games.
A trail through the woods led us to a sweet swingset tucked away like a secret treasure. On our wanderings, we spotted an owl (and even found an owl pellet!), wandered forest trails, and had those whimsical, heart-full moments in nature that kids remember forever. 🌲🦉
Our hosts were the perfect balance of kind and helpful—sharing community stories and giving us tips on local adventures—while also leaving us the space to simply be together. It was the kind of place where you feel instantly at home, yet filled with a sense of wonder.
For us, it was the perfect blend of family reconnection, woodland play, and lovely community vibes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay sprinkled with a little everyday magic. ✨💚

We had a lovely time on Clare and Pete’s property! Truly magnificent 45 acre forest, and wonderful to hear about how they steward the land! The structures they built are awesome for camping and very clean, and we enjoyed walking around in the forest and going on the ATV. Also, there was delicious coffee service in the morning. Highly highly recommend, would definitely go back! What a special place!

We stayed here as a “base camp” for the port gamble bioluminescence tour and wish we had more time to explore the property! Clare & Pete’s site offers so much space to explore, extra amenities, and the A-frames were so neat and cozy. Great spot and can’t wait to come back!

Pete and Clare are wonderful hosts! The forest there is beautiful! The A-frame cabins are cozy, charming and comfortable - plenty of room for 2 cots in each cabin. Lots of space to spread out, including sheltered and screened areas. Wonderful, relaxing space!

This spot is such a great find! Clare and Pete are friendly, communicative, and reliable hosts. The site was lovely. It honestly felt more like a rustic B&B than a campsite.
Pros:
- loads of activities (outdoor, town shopping and dining) within 30 minutes of the site. we stayed five nights and plenty to do.
- property was clean, well-maintained, and facilities new.
- hosts went above and beyond, but gave us plenty of privacy.
- the A frame cabins were very cozy and cute. loved the commons set up for guests.
Cons:
- none really, as long as you make your own preparations for potable water.

Fantastic match for vancampers or Class B. Easy to find, incredible hosts, good Verizon signal. I work remotely and enjoyed the added outdoor space to knock out a project without all the urban distractions. I would easily recommend and stay again.
My kids and I were passing through and needed to find somewhere for the night. And we found a jewel. This place was awesome. From the time we got there we felt welcomed. Clare and her husband are so gracious and thoughtful. There’s so much to explore and experience throughout the 50 acres I need more time!!
I would love one of those dragons!

The Forest Farm was magical! The cabins make a perfect basecamp to explore the rest of the land, and there is an excellent (covered) outdoor seating area with a fire-ring and hammock. But my favorite part of the stay was exploring the trails down into the forest. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking to escape into the woods of the PNW.

Great stay in a beautiful location! Portable toilet was very clean, and the friendly host made sure we had everything we needed.
What a spot! Super nice. Amazing location, beautiful little homestead, quiet and convenient.
Basecamp is such a tranquil and beautiful place. The cabins are cozy and the land is so peaceful. Pete and Clare are amazing hosts and a stone's throw away if you need anything during your stay. I will definitely be staying again
I loved cabin camping in the beautiful and serene forest. Clare is a welcoming host and also a barista, making the best coffee! The location is close to many activities. It was lovely to sit on the deck at night with a fire and gaze at the stars.
