There are a great many restaurants and spas nearby if you would like recommendations let us know.
Please note that we do allow pets but they MUST be leashed at all time to protect our farm animals. If you have an all day activity and need references for pet daycare or sitters let us know.

Lawnacres is a 20 acre farm that focuses on enhancing wellbeing through the presence of horses and nature. The Bunky itself is a converted horse stall in one of the barns on the property.
The glamping space is approximately 10x12, with a queen size log bed and wide rustic cedar plank flooring. The “stall” to the north houses an outdoor shower and sauna. It’s about a 30 foot walk to the outhouse.
The stalls to the south are usually used by horses during the day, but they sleep in a different barn at night.
Guests are free to amble about the acreage, which has a stream, a wooded path and some wide open meadow.

The terrain boasts a slightly sloped, rocky shoreline, providing direct no-bank access to the water for activities such as swimming, paddle-boarding, boating, fishing, and sunbathing. Please be aware that the site does not have utilities or hook-ups, embracing a rustic getaway experience. It can accommodate two tents and up 4 adults or up to 6 people with children comfortably.
On-site amenities include a firepit, picnic table, trash can, sun umbrellas, camp chairs, Adirondack chairs, and floaties for your enjoyment. Additionally, a honeybucket is available in the parking lot for your convenience. Please note that the boat lift and on-site cabana are not available for camper use. There is no electricity so please be prepared to bring your own lighting. (There is a set of string party lights at the site that utilize solar power and click on at dusk automatically). Various chairs, paddle boards, tents and other items shown in images may belong to guests and are not all included in the rental. This is a stand alone structure that is separate from our main house. There is no shower in this dry space, but there is a camping sink that functions like a normal kitchen sink with hot water capacity. The shed has an easy to use composting toilet with clear instructions if you’re a first timer. Also, “Ms Pacman's Backyard Glampsite” is a converted shed, so be ready for some lower ceilings and narrow spaces. The lofted full bed is cozy, so don’t bob your head on the way out! The bed has a six inch memory foam mattress with extra blankets and pillows available. Everything is washed with free and clear laundry detergent for any sensitivities.
We provide a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove with pots and pans for light cooking, coffee making supplies (reusable keurig pods or pour over coffee along with creamers and sugars), wine openers, dishes, and more. We have 2 tables where you can enjoy meals and games either indoors or outdoors.
You will be one block away from Highland Park which has a tennis court and baseball field. Less than a mile north, you can explore the West Duwamish Greenbelt Trails. Only two blocks south of the property is Westcrest Park that hosts a community garden, a dog park, and small trails in their greenbelt. Because it's next to a nature preserve, Patrick's site is quiet and private. He's provided a lot of thoughtful improvements like a power extension cord and a long hose for topping off your RV fresh water tanks. His home is close to just about anything you would want to do in the Seattle area.

Allison was an amazing host and very hospitable. The bunk in the barn was a perfect relaxing getaway and is conveniently located near downtown areas and small shops.
The friendly horses and donkeys on the property made the stay extra special and brought plenty of smiles.
To top it off, the fire pit was amazing—so peaceful and relaxing.
I would rate this stay a 10 out of 10 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique farm-style getaway. An amazing experience overall.

Nice, secluded camp ground. Trail was lovely for the parts I saw. No fire wood available, but owner was apologetic when I asked. Clean air, the water accessibility was a big help, and I enjoyed the fire pit. This was my first full camping experience on my own, and this place made it easy to learn the ropes (with a small audience in case I screwed up!). Do note there is some road noise, which really isn't a problem unless there's someone turning it into their personal race track nearby on Fall City Road, but that's it. A huge amount of old growth trees, happy birds, and the occasional horse commentary. Definitely a place I'd consider again.

The site was nice, mostly flat, and a good amount of space. The decent down to the river was sandy and quite steep, but that wasn't a big deal for us this trip. The neighboring campsite was quite close - it would be a great pair of sites for two families together, and I hope your revisit it again with friends. That said, this trip, we didn't know the family, there was only one shared picnic table and fire pit, and they had a dog who barked when we moved around. Thankfully they weren't using the fire pit or table and we don't mind a dog, but it's something to consider. The views of Mount Rainier are beautiful and watching the bee hives was awesome!
The biggest complaint we had about this site is the road noise was LOUD around 10pm. It was clear there were folks using the roads around the farm to race with very loud engines, loud enough to scare my kids. such a great experience! jason’s site is so clean, well kept and private. for my dog who is reactive, it was so peaceful to have this privacy. we didn’t walk on the trail on the site but we did explore the town and trails connecting and it was so much fun! we already booked our next visit :)

Rockin Z Ranch was a great choice! It is a very small camping area but was perfect for our girls' very first camping experience. The farm cats were the highlight for my girls, even if they kept away from the overly excited toddlers. Rocky, the big black cat, was a sweetheart once the girls were in bed. I was also relieved to see a clean port-a-potty available for our toddler.
