ESTABLISHED IN 1912 This 4th generation grass valley floor at sea level includes views of Mt. Baker & Rainer. Surrounded by retired culinary herb fields and planted cow corn to the west. Summer includes herds of heifers ranging the north. Minutes to amenities in "Old" town Duvall and swimming holes on the Snoqualmie River. Our family has lived and worked this farm since 1912. Originally the fields were used to grow peas (1940's), dairy (1950-1960's), black angus (1970-1980's), hogs & dairy replacement heifers (1990's) & fresh culinary herbs for the grocery stores (last 20 years). Every year our fields flood and hold at least 3 feet of water, hence we only offer seasonal camping. The property has held events from town picnics in the 1930's, hoedowns in the 70's and a traveling circus in the 1980's. It is perfectly located 1 minute to Duvall and 25 minutes to Redmond. Easy access to Woodinville, Monroe, Carnation, Fall City, Snoqualmie & North Bend.

Perched above the Snoqualmie Valley floor in Snoqualmie Valley, this hilltop Hipcamp site delivers the kind of sweeping, “million-dollar” view that makes you pause the moment you arrive. The site itself is simple, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. You’ve got water and electrical hookups ready to go, along with a garbage can for convenience—making it easy to settle in whether you’re staying a night or a while. Two tall poplar trees stand like quiet sentinels, casting shade and a gentle rustle in the breeze that gives the spot a peaceful rhythm. While the views feel secluded, the site is very much part of a living, working farm. Nearby, a large greenhouse and stretches of flower acreage bring color and activity, while a quiet production shed hums softly in the background. From May through September, cows settle into the pasture just north of the site, adding to the pastoral feel. You’ll also share the land—at a respectful distance—with a handful of friendly farm characters: two free-ranging goats, four peacocks that occasionally announce themselves, flocks of chickens scratching about, and Moose, the old pig who tends to keep his own steady pace. It’s a place where wide-open views meet authentic farm life—peaceful, a little lively, and unmistakably rooted in the rhythms of the valley.
