We are the third generation in this location and the great grandparents had the adjoining property. My father was born and died in this house, and I was raised here also. After teaching for 32 years my husband and I inherited the farm from my folks who have since passed. There are no orchards left on the property but we are moving on with a vegetable and flower garden, goats, chickens and a llama. The lake is 220 acres known to Anglers near and far. Plenty of room for the sunseekers wanting to play in the water on paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, and water skiing. An 18-hole Golf Course resides at the North end of the lake and white water rafting just a few miles down the hill on the Methow River. For the foodies, Chelan is just 30 miles south and Twisp/Winthrop is 40 miles to the North, also abundant with events, wineries, and shopping.

Large campsite with plenty of distance between neighbors. Just the basics (picnic table, port-o-john, and water spigot) but the scenery is phenomenal with great star gazing at night. Cool geology too since you’re in the Moses coulee. The only downside is theres no shade, but it cools off quickly once the sun sets. Great for anyone trying to find a quiet place to relax.
P.S. site 5 is the farthest from the port-o-john, so if that’s an issue pick a different site

Angell did a terrific job of communicating the entire time leading up to our stay and in all actuality, I had sent a message the day before stating our information led us to decide against making the trip. She was able to provide pictures of the current conditions and we changed our minds and went. Glad we did.

We loved staying at Philville! It was very relaxing and quiet with great access to the river. It was exactly the kind of place we were looking for. Phil was a great host and would check to see if we needed anything. His 2 dogs are super cute too. We stayed in our travel trailer and the site had full hook ups with a great view over the river. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

Camping at Jim’s farm was just what my boyfriend and I needed! We needed a place to stay after going to the gorge for a concert, and it wasn’t too far of a drive for us. It was so cool to explore the farm in the morning before we left. They have goats (a couple babies that were adorable!), chickens, beautiful fruit trees, and more

Really beautiful open land. Loved watching all the dragonflies and hearing the coyotes all night. Well maintained outhouse, friendly easy check in. Perfect for camping near the string of lakes near Coulee away from all the fuss.

My family and I stayed in the Front Field in our truck/camper, and our girls in their tent. This worked out perfect for us for a night, while seeing a concert at the Gorge. The “field” is a relatively flat, grassy/weedy parking lot, and they have a max of four group bookings there. There are two old outhouses, that were stocked with tp. Woken to generators being run by campers in their rv’s & trailers throughout the night and early morning, but otherwise the little farm was out on a quiet country road. We loved visiting with the goats through the fence!

Love it hear! Wide open spaces! We loved hanging out under the trees on the green grass, playing games, relaxing. Beautiful spot, the farm was an added bonus with fresh produce for purchase every morning. Definitely coming back!
