This is for the adventurous Hipcamper that appreciates the bumpy dirt road. Your Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla won't get you here. Cell service is limited. It is not recommended to arrive after sunset But it is so worth it. Come relax and enjoy the views of the Columbia River and the North Cascades. Plenty of sunshine with epic sunsets, our property is where you come to unwind and soak in the sun when the west side of the Cascades is socked in with clouds and rain. If you want to explore the area, it's about a 10-minute car ride to the Columbia River and 20 minutes to Chelan and all that is offered there. Our favorite activities when we visit are to listen to the birds chirp and take in the surroundings. There are several lava rock piles that speak to the long and volcanic geological history of the area. We also really enjoy walking the dirt road on the ridge. It provides some of the most incredible views in the area. The dirt road section over the ridge can be a little rough and dusty and it's recommended that guests have a medium clearance vehicle, such as a Subaru Outback. However, a guest once drove their Honda Civic down to the site, so it really depends on your comfort level. If in doubt, just ask! We have a security camera on site we use for wildlife sightings and to check the weather. If the idea of having the camera bothers you, feel free to place a blanket or some other type of cover during your stay. We can also turn the camera to only face the entrance. Just let us know. Please respect the surroundings and others' property. There are several other vacation cabins in the area and everyone enjoys their peace and quiet. We provide a privy for guests to use, but be prepared to pack out waste in case it doesn't meet your standards. We try to keep it clean and stocked with TP, but we can only get out to the land every few weeks. If you're looking for peace and tranquility, Sagebrush Hollow is the place for you.

This is an 11 acre mountain, and every campsite is designed to give an incredible View of Lake Roosevelt From the property, you could see the backside of the dam on the lake side. The inlet is called Eden Harbor. There’s lake access by foot or a short drive to the other side of the harbor. It’s a great place to go fishing get some sun and relax. Campsite is located close to the town. Where you can buy groceries, ice, get a bite to eat at a restaurant or any other camping essentials you need. It’s also near two different boat ramps for easy boat access. We are pet friendly with rules that need to be followed as a pet owner. You take full responsibility for your own pets. There are different wild animals around like dear, turkeys, coyotes, etc. Each campsite is set up for groups, 6 people or more depending on the sites. You are responsible or any damage to you, your group and your belongings. There are cameras on the property, they are there for safety and security purposes to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

Close to upland gamebird hunting on state land. The site also has historical significance being a site along the first wagon road into the Methow valley built in the 1800's

The lake is 220 acres known to Anglers near and far. Plenty of room for the sunseekers wanting to play in the water on paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, and water skiing. An 18-hole Golf Course resides at the North end of the lake and white water rafting just a few miles down the hill on the Methow River. Must book horseback riding in advance. This property is a great camp for enjoying everything that Eastern Washington outdoors has to offer. The Columbia river is in the valley below which provides fishing and watersports. The property is adjacent to thousands of acres of State and federal land which are free to explore. Winter tends to bring significant snowfall which makes this a great destination for winter sports as well. The property sits on top of a mountain plateau known as Harmony Heights. The site is about a 20 minute drive to Brewster or Pateros and about 40 minutes to Lake Chelan. This is an fairly large site and will accommodate two RV's as well as plenty of area for tent camping. There is plenty of good spots to play with dogs without any conflicts. Despite the existence of year round residences and cabins this area is still very wild so you have a chance of an encounter with any critter that is native to the forests and prairies of North Central Washington. This includes but is not limited to the occasional bull snake, rattle snake, badger, black bear, mule deer, whitetail deer, moose, coyote, wolf, mountain lion, bobcat, as well as all kinds of birds including blue birds, hawks, owls, turkey, chukar, ravens, Hungarian partridge, quail, and forest grouse. Bring a field guide you will be happy you did.
