Enjoy a comfortable camping experience on our organic farm, set just in front of our cherry orchards with wide-open views of Lake Chelan, the surrounding mountains, and rolling hills. At approximately 2,000 ft. elevation, this site offers a peaceful agrarian setting with fresh air, big skies, and scenic orchard surroundings. Site 3 is our most easily accessible location, situated just off the main farm stay gravel road at the front of the site loop. Its open layout makes for an easy arrival and setup, while still offering a relaxed farm atmosphere. This site is also the closest to the main road and our self-serve fruit stand across the street, making it especially convenient for quick access to fresh produce, snacks, and farm goods during your stay. As part of a working farm, this site may experience more daytime activity than our other sites. You may see occasional vehicle traffic along the farm road, as well as tractors, quads, or team members moving through the area, particularly during active seasons like cherry harvest. While activity is typically limited to working hours, evenings and overnight hours are generally quiet and calm. Experience life on an active orchard, where you may also see seasonal agricultural work and occasional wildlife passing by. No sewer or water at the site. Potable water is available at the fruit stand across the street. 30-amp and 50-amp electrical hookups are available. Portable bathroom and dumpster are located nearby. Maximum four guests per site. One vehicle per site. For RVs up to 35' (back-in or nose-in parking).

A very nice spot with an amazing view of the lake. I worked in orchards as a kid and having the site on the edge of the orchard made it even better for me. I'm already looking at my calendar to see when I can get back.

Surroundings, Views and Wildlife make this a great campsite choice. Just with the directions to the campsite (on the Ranch, which is easy to find) we're a little easier. But once you locate it up on the hill above the store...

Overall this is a very cool place. I think it just wasn’t the right place for us. The pros: Outstanding view Peaceful location Very tidy Good rv power hookups Due to the location there is a nice breeze and it is a little cooler than Chelan and Manson Easy access and good directions The cons. Somewhat small campsite While the place you park your car/rv is very level, it has a pretty steep drop off on three sides. This would not be a problem if camping with adults. But we have a very energetic and adventurous one year old that wants to walk everywhere.As a result, we spent the time we were there either having to hold him or prevent him from walking anywhere. There is no barrier between the campsite and the steep hills so it would be very easy for a child to walk off the edge. Like I said in the title, this place is beautiful and would be perfect for a couple or single person. But if you have kids it is a little scary at times.

An absolute gem of a campsite. Exceptional views, great sites and very peaceful. Only about 10-12 minutes to downtown and also close to wineries. Loved that it was a working farm. We’ll def want to stay here next time we’re in the area.

The campsite felt private and had a gorgeous view. The only time we saw other campers was when we had to use the portapotty. Other than the view, the site was very well maintained.

Five stars! Easy to find, gorgeous scenery, and a very clean port-a-potty. It was the perfect, peaceful out-of-town spot to relax and unplug (though I did have cell service if needed). Super quick drive into Chelan and the lake, but far enough away to enjoy total quiet. My family & I will definitely return.

Great place with a beautiful view of the Valley, highly recommend staying at this location, I will be returning. The gift bag upon arrival was a real treat. Has lots of cool and interesting things to do while visiting including some treats. The fresh fruit right beside the camp spot was another great treat and nice to have. This is an active farm so take that into consideration when booking. Extremely respectful people that work on the farm that respect peoples privacy, very friendly work force. Would highly recommend this location, only 7 minute drive to amenities and beach areas.

Absolutely amazing spot! We're traveling across the country this summer and this was by far one of the best. We work from the road and Starlink worked great here. We have a 26' travel trailer and it fit perfectly. I can't imagine anything much bigger driving down the narrow dirt roads and getting up the little hill to the spot, but if you can get there, you definitely should. We can't wait to come back!

What a unique tent camping site with the best views and you’re in an apple orchard!! We had 4 adults and two kids and were able to set up three tents in the grass!! Host left us a gift upon arrival which was a nice touch!! Site #1 is a gem and will be our go to camping spot next time we come to Lake Chelan 😀

Beautiful and private, we had an incredible time at site #1. We will definitely be back. Note for those towing a trailer there is a turn up a gravel hill that could be a problem for larger rigs. But I had it with a 20 ft trailer no problem and I am brand new to towing.

What an amazing stay! The views are stellar and our host was wonderful. We did take advantage of a few items from the farm store and we were gifted a lovely little welcome package from our hosts. The location is perfectly quiet and peaceful! Highly recommend!

Everything about this campsite was absolutely awesome. The spacious layout gave us plenty of room to settle in comfortably, and the location was spot-on—peaceful, scenic, and just the right amount of secluded. The weather couldn’t have been better, and a glowing moon rose over the landscape, casting beautiful natural light across the site. Our Australian Shepherd especially loved it—he spent the evening perched at the top of the hill, happily playing sentry and taking in the view. It all came together to create a truly magical night. Highly recommend!

This is an exceptional campsite. I almost don't want to write a review because I don't want others coming to this place. Each site is isolated and most have great views. The Site I camped in was perfectly level so it was easy to set up my rooftop tent. It was hard to go to sleep with the views. After camping at many of the overly crowded and super small cramped state park sites this was wonderful. I hope to camp here again.

We had an amazing time at this location (site #1). Very private, views were great, easy to find and get setup. Would recommend keeping an eye on wind if you are tent camping as the site is fairly exposed. Thanks again!

What a wonderful Hipcamp location! Breathtaking views and peaceful. The other site was far enough away that you didn’t see or hear them. It was a perfect spot for our van and our two dogs. Hosts were wonderful - our picnic table umbrella was missing but when I messaged them, they responded immediately and brought the umbrella within minutes. I would definitely return in the future!

Absolutely gorgeous view and well maintained site! We loved how intimate the site was and the fact that the other site was far enough away to be out of view. The toilet was clean and well maintained and it was a nice walk down to the fruit stand. Would stay here again!
