This private, breathtaking property is nestled directly on the Neversink River, located just one mile from Exit 109 off NY-17 (new I-86). Join us on 3 sprawling acres, and enjoy the serene beauty of the Neversink River. The property is ideal for anyone looking to escape to a secluded, quiet area, with everything from Bald Eagles, Deer, Rabbits, and other local wildlife. Fell free to step right into the shallow river, just footsteps from your tent, and enjoy some smores by the riverside firepit. The river typically doesn't exceed more than 3 feet of depth throughout the entire property (unless high rain totals). Relatively short drives to local attractions include the newly renovated Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun Park (1.2 miles), Resorts World Catskills Casino (2.6 miles), the Kartrite Indoor Water Park (2.9 miles), and Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (18.4 mile), home to the 1969 Woodstock music festival. 2 gas stations, a liquor store and supermarket are also within 2 miles of the property, as well as local eateries. We recommend bringing inflatables and or kayaks to take advantage of the beautiful river. Guests can drop in a few miles up river, and float down to the campsite. Underhill Inn is a small homestead located in the Finger Lakes region tucked in the rolling hills near Dryden Lake. We have a small garden, a flock of sheep and chickens, hives of honeybees and countless wild foraging on our 36 acres of pasture and hiking trails. Take a walk down to Brockendock pond and cruise across the water in a canoe or paddleboat to find peepers, heron, toads and turtles. Drop a line in the water to catch trout, bass and sunnies. The chicken coop is always bustling and there are plenty of eggs to harvest each day. A morning hike on the trails usually kicks up the deer and wild turkeys and at night the barn owl will sing for you if you listen close. Adults and children are welcome to pet and feed the animals on the farm. Our campsite lies on the beautiful two and a half century old LeFevre family farmstead with rich history and stunning views of the Shawangunk Mountain ridge. The property is on a 40-acre old apple orchard that is super private and filled with dramatic views and spectacular sunsets. We loved this private rural space! The well water was delicious, and having cows and sheep and turkeys on our road made taking a walk so interesting! It was easy to get to Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Dawn, our host was very responsive and helpful. We even had wifi!

Blake was very responsive and an overall great guy. His site was immaculate. The ground was very level and could fit multiple rigs. The scenery is wonderful. We saw a ton of wildlife and it's steps away from the river. Ordering the wood from him was super convenient, we will definitely be back.

We spent 5 wonderful days at Yost Ridge! After a couple nights at crowded state park campgrounds on the way out to the Finger Lakes, it was nice to be in a quiet space with great views. The site is also centrally located with Seneca Falls and Geneva just a few minutes away and Ithaca and Watkins Glenn 30-45 minutes driving distance. There is so much to do in that area. We could get in a hike or two in the morning, visit a winery in the afternoon and finish off the day with ice cream before heading back to the campsite

Yost Ridge was easy to find and had plenty of space for our 5th wheel and truck. It was located near a farm which offered cheese tasting and live music on the weekend. There is a nice bike path along the river. We went back the next day and took our kayaks thru the lock. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Ladies Shenanigans Squad weekend. Perfect weather, great friends and food, but the real winner is that water view. We sat and watched the sun rise and set on that peninsula. The colors of the sky were spectacular. The river was perfect, the bald eagle cruising by us, geese flock and local wildlife was lovely. Blake was a very gracious host and made us feel so welcome. He even sent his mom down to chat with me as we both recently had the same cervical spinal surgery so we had to compare scars (lol). It was a fantastic weekend as I said, so we will be back next season with the rest of our squad. Thanks Blake!

We camped here over a weekend while do some rock climbing up in the Gunks. The land was beautiful and the site was exactly as expected. We enjoyed the cows and be sure to check out their farm store and brewery down the road, we cooked with ingredients mostly all from there.

We had such a wonderful experience at this pondside campsite! The whole area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views that made the trip so relaxing and refreshing. The site itself was well-kept, spacious, and perfectly located right by the water, which added so much to the atmosphere. It truly felt like a hidden gem. Awesome spot with a raised platform that faces the mountains / sunset with a crystal clear view of the stars at night. It is private and situated on a long stretch of grass that is perfect to let your dog roam and play ball. Very farm feeling with cows that come up to say hi and sounds of roosters and crickets.
Would highly recommend and would visit again. I would add to the amenities that there is a griddle and cast iron in the little wooden storage cabinet for campfire cooking.

We couldn't have asked for a better nights stay at the farm. Rick and his family welcomed us with open arms to their amazing property, and it made for an awesome experience. The whole farm is beautiful, and the sites are separated out to make it feel like you have the whole place to yourself. Our site was stocked with firewood and any accommodation we needed was steps away. The trails cleared out on the farm were perfect to walk along, and having the paddle-boat to use on the pond was awesome. We'd absolutely recommend a stay here. We wished ours was for more than just the night.

The campsite was perfect—beautiful views, spacious, and very private. I couldn’t have asked for more! Having a gas station just 2–3 minutes drive away was also super convenient. A big pleasant surprise was the cows visiting us several times a day—my kids absolutely loved it!
