This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. Firefly Grove

This is such a special spot! It was at least 10° cooler than everywhere else in NY, the bugs were extremely well-behaved, and the sound of the waterfall was a lovely backdrop. We dubbed our site — Firefly Grove.

We loved it!!

We had a great time & the owner made us feel really safe since we (3 girls) were a little scared the first night lol. He said if there's something outside the tent to call any time of the night & he'd come to us in the 4 wheeler! We really appreciated it & we had a great (& safe) time. We were by the waterfall which it's a pretty steep path to get down to so I'd recommend it for people who are used to hiking & trails. It's a short walk from where we were, and the walk to the outhouse wasn't bad either. But if you have issues with walking I'd suggest getting one of the flat areas he had which is closer to the creek & outhouse. We were the only ones there the second day so we had the waterfall to ourselves, I'm sure if there's other campers everyone would be sharing. This seems like it would be fun to go to as a big family event & renting out several or all of the sites together. I recommend checking it out! You can also buy the wood from him, & there's plenty of places on the road that sell them. He also sells tiki fluid for the tikis around the campsite & other things to make your trip easier if you're into that. We got a thing of wood from him & that was perfect for us. You'll have to buy & bring wood so if you buy during your booking it'll already be there & you'll save room in your car.

Ken's land is so gorgeous! We loved the site we were at and even though there were other campers there we felt truly secluded in nature. Definitely recommend! Only thing was it was definitely colder down in the forest at night than we were expecting so plan for a temp difference even if it's warm out on the road, it definitely drops where you camp.

WOW!!!!!!

Just WOW. We’re stayed at site 2, which is a small elevated area right next to the waterfall, that is a once in a lifetime experience. We had friends come over for dinner one night, the stayed at a big brand camp sure since they had a large trailer, needless to say they were extremely jealous. Ken is an awesome host that brought us our firewood and offered to take our gear to the site in his UTV. Sites 1 and 2 are not vehicle accessible, like the other three but well worth the minor inconvenience. For reference we had a 6 person tent and a 12x12 canopy set up on the site with plenty of room around the site for the fire and table
