Hawk Meadow Farm is a 68 acre working woodland mushroom farm. Our camp sites are spacious and private. A generous amount of firewood is included with your booking! All of our sites can be accessed by car.
Our farm specializes in log-grown woodland mushrooms such as shiitake, lion's mane, turkey tail and oyster. We use the mushrooms to make medicinal tinctures and sell fresh or dried to local area restaurants.
Visit our farm store while you are here! We usually have fresh shiitakes available for purchase as well as our other farm products.
We follow organic methods and sustainable practices in all that we do, and our farm is inspired by the principles of permaculture. We have a great love and respect for the natural world and strive to work in harmony with nature not only in all our agricultural practices, but in just living our lives.
Stay with us, reconnect to nature and recharge your spirit!

The Pines
My partner and I had an incredible stay at the farm in early September! The Pines campsite was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and surrounded by meadows and wildlife. This site also extends out to an open field with great star visibility at night. Steve is an incredibly generous host and sets you up with plenty of firewood. I couldn't recommend this campground more! I also really enjoyed the mushroom walking tour through the grounds with Steve. Thanks!

Beautiful spot near to many trails
Beautiful spot easy to locate and set up. Fresh air and flowers everywhere. The well water was divine and the firewood appreciated. Absolutely loved my time here and would visit again.

White Pines campsite
Privacy and space runs abundant on this magical farm. There is a second campsite not far from where we stayed. We could hear the other campers in the distance. It was not close enough to take away any feelings of privacy. Plenty of room to walk and enjoy the farm. My family‘s three night stay in White Pines campsite was something we will never forget. Steve and Anne are inspiring, simply put. Thank you, we look forward to seeing you again!

This was a great campsite! Extremely private and secluded with plenty of space. The property is lovely and we really enjoyed our mushroom tour with Steve! Learned so much and got to buy some delicious mushrooms to enjoy at the campsite and bring home.

Our family loved our stay at Steve and Anne's campsite. They were very accommodating and we especially enjoyed learning about their mushroom farm, the history of the land and thier various projects onsite. The land is beautiful and the sites are peaceful, secluded and well kept. They had all we needed for a quite time away in nature!
