We loved our time on Dwayne's land! The property was beautiful and well-kept with a good amount of privacy. We loved exploring his land and having coffee by the swimming hole in the morning. Dwayne is a wonderful host - the perfect balance of responsive and hands-off. We arrived late at night and he still met us down the street to show us our site. He even offered to have a fire going for us upon arrival! Located about 15-20 minutes to Watkins Glen, super close to the racetrack as well. Couldn't recommend more! We'll definitely be back!

Great times
Dwayne rocked!! Showed us all over his beautiful property, took us on a 4-wheeler trip when a hike he suggested wasn't available, delivered tons of wood for some really great fires... He's clearly in it to show folks a great time. Very respectful of our space and time while also being hospitable.

We loved visiting Dwayne's land! We arrived late for only one night and were not able to enjoy all that it had to offer but want to go back again to stay longer. There was a perfect spot for our tent and Dwayne even started a fire for us when we arrived. My kids loved seeing and taking some photos of the horses in the morning and jumping onto a nearby hay bale. Now we're considering getting one at home... :)

Such a nice camping experience!
What a beautiful place! Dwayne is an excellent host and super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and enjoyed walking around the property, listening to the stream and seeing the wildlife. I would definitely recommend staying here if being out in nature is what you crave.
