The sunsets are gorgeous at the farm and on cloudless nights the stars in our dark sky are amazing. This is the perfect place for a peaceful get away with loads of outdoor activities available just down the road. Additionally, the farm is equidistant from the towns of Prescott and River Falls, WI- about 10 minutes to either. Prescott is near the confluence of the St. Croix and Mississippi Rivers and has several restaurants with both great food and water views. River Falls is on the Kinni River and has excellent food options as well as 3 breweries, a distillery and two wineries nearby. This is a working farm. We are happy to welcome you onto our land and would love to show you around. Informal tours showcasing our organic and regenerative growing methods are available as time permits. We loved being able to have our own getaway at a family reunion. Penny is clean, cute and comfortable with loads of little thoughtful perks. We loved not having to bring our own linens and/or dishes and appreciated the K-cups and dog treats they stocked the camper with. 1 night at Brookside Meadows

We loved this property. The owners didn't realize we were there till the next day but rode out to say hi to us and let us know we could take our time tearing down which we really appreciated. There was tons of space to roam and my son put his tent up in a separate area from the main campsite which the owner said was ok. I hung a hammock by the creek and had the best nap of my life. The bugs were not too bad the only thing I would mention is that the stinging nettle or bull thistle (not sure which, I thought it was nettle but the images don't look right on Google) was quite prevalent all over the rent site so I put down a tarp to stop it from getting me. I highly recommend walking or driving as much of the property as possible. The stand of birch trees was pretty cool too! I will be back!

We loved our stay in the RV Penny, and would definitely recommend. Nicole is the best host I've ever encountered (and that's normally a thing that stands out to me); she made everything so easy and was incredibly responsive. She even had a birthday gift waiting for our daughter because I'd mentioned we were celebrating her 5th bday. Penny is adorable and clean and has everything you could need--honestly, just bring your clothes. I thought it might feel complicated rent a camper and then find a site and coordinate everything getting set up, but Nicole took care of it all and it couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend!

The campgrounds were a very pleasant surprise. Very well maintained, clean, quiet at night, and the staff were all very friendly and wonderful (including maintenance guys who helped me with a plumbing leak issue). Nice petting zoo, dog play area, little beach on the lake, and trails around the grounds. Some RV spots are a little close together, but the overall grounds are large and spacious, so it didn't feel crowded. Kind of an under-the-radar hidden gem for the Twin Cities!

Amy’s property was so wonderful! It was quiet and private, yet just a short hike to the bank of the St. Croix river. There is a lot of open, flat land and also acres of trees and wooded trails on the property. Just really lovely!
