This property is home to a farm/nursery operation and has a large pond on the west side. The pond is Spring-fed at the headwaters of Marsh Branch Creek which begins at our property and flows West about five miles in to Tampa Bay.
Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites.
Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants.
Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too.
Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand.
Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas.
The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish).
Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property.

We had a great time there, we used the camper on site and another camper spot next to it.
The sites are great. It’s private and surrounded by beautiful nature.
The horses came to visit us every morning.
The common area with kitchen and bathrooms is very well maintained. Bathrooms fully equipped with everything you’d need (from shampoo/ to towels and even a baby changer), and the complimentary coffee/hot chocolate makes us feel welcomed and appreciated.
You can see that Rob and Mike take really good care of everything and they care about their guests.
It’s definitely a special place!

Was a lovely stay at the Olive Grove! So friendly and was such a comfortable stay. Loved the little Aframe cabin and the fire pit beside. Location was close to anything you need. Watching the chickens and ducks run around was fun of course. Make sure to check out the little store for olive oils, vinegars, etc!

The cabin tent was fun.
The gift bag with fresh eggs, olive oil and soap was a very nice extra.
I recommend arriving before sunset because finding our accommodations in the dark was very confusing. However I called the host and she came out and guided us all the way.

We had a great time on the property and around the area. Rob and Mike are excellent hosts and have a great operation. They give a tour of the property on Saturdays so we got to see all the goats, stallions, miniature horses, geese and donkeys! The spots are spread out nicely and the bathroom/shower area are top notch for an outdoor setting! The little touches do not go unnoticed. We stayed in the RV they have availabile and boy were we happy with it since some rain showers decided to come along on our trip.

This was our first experience booking a stay with hipcamp, and it's really going to be a tough one to beat! The stay at Rob and Mike's was incredible, and I'm sure we'll be comparing all of our future adventures to this one--it will be difficult to live up to! The RV was great, the grounds were spectacular, and the ranch experience Rob and Mike led us through was something the kids and I won't forget anytime soon. They're already asking when we can go back! I honestly can't think of anything they could have done to make the stay better...they nailed everything from the big-picture stuff to the nitty-gritty details. Truly a wonderful experience. I would (and have!) recommend this to everyone I know--especially those with kids!

Weekend Trip to The Olive Grove Cabin Tent Cabin 1
We absolutely loved our stay at the Olive Grove! Only about 10 min away from the Weeki Wachee Springs and the mermaid shows, 5 min away to stores and restaurants, yet - we felt in the country and in the nature. The A-frame experience is one of a kind - watching the fire from the bed was phenomenal! The host was very attentive, responsive and helpful. Free gift of eggs, oil and coffee was a lovely touch. Thank you so much.

Our Family absolutely loved our stay! The campground was beautiful and peaceful, and all the attention to detail was amazing! We loved seeing the donkeys and horses come visit us every morning, it was the most fun way to start the day! We will for sure be back to stay again if we are ever traveling in the area.

Weekend Trip to The Olive Grove Cabin Tent Cabin 1
This was such a nice place, and super clean. We were definitely over packed. Deirdre's place is fully equipped with just about everything you need. Just bring your food. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and Walmart, etc. All within a short drive. It was very hot while we were there so we didn't get to open the side but the A-frame was cool and dry with the AC running. Appreciated the welcome pack and the clean towels. Instead of coming home with a bunch of dirty dishes I washed everything before we left which makes coming home much easier.
We want to go back when the weather gets cooler so we can open the hatch and enjoy a fire and stuff.

Weekend Trip to Lucky U Ranch
What was meant to be a mother/daughter weekend getaway has turned into a family tradition thanks to Rob and Mike’s amazing accommodations and property! I live in Florida, in fact not far from this property and yet we felt like we were deep in the woods on a gorgeous property with awesome trails. The donkeys and horses are my daughter’s favorite. Oh and the farm tour, top notch! You can tell how much Rob and Mike love their animals, with 5 star accommodations for all their animals. Every moment at Lucky U Ranch has made precious memories we will cherish forever! Rob and Mike are the bests hosts and just awesome guys! You won’t be disappointed. Cant wait to book our next trip with them!

Orlando and the Lake Country
