Large pond on property. Property borders Saxtons River. Organic gardening, fruit trees, and fire pit. Fresh deep well water. 15, 20, and 30 amp electrical service. Mowed grass surface. WI Fi available with Verizon extended service. Jamaica State Park nearby. Best for tents, class B rvs, pickup campers, and off road trailers. Portable camping toilet available for tenters.Parking is near the barn. Shop is attached to the house. Our business is making fiber tools (spinning wheels, etc). It is a good place for peace and quiet. Good biking roads to nearby villages. Fire pit with firewood available. We have some outdoor chairs. WI Fi available with Verizon extended service.

30 amp Barn Service for all campers
Relaxing and comfortable spot!
Thomas’s land made for an excellent camp site! Setting up our tent under the giant willow with a perfect view of the pond and hillside was very serene. You’re fairly close to a road but traffic dies down at night so no issues there. Thomas was very accommodating and provided a great fire pit, wood, an outlet, water, and even Wi-Fi. As a bonus, their workshop and showroom of wool spinning wheels is really impressive! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our time there. It was very peaceful to camp by the willow tree and the pond. The hosts are very kind people and showed us their workshop and garden. We did not swim in the pond but found a place to swim nearby in the river.

Lovely pond-side campsite!
Thomas responded promptly to our request to stay on the same day, and we were so grateful that their site was limited to one camping group at a time, which granted us a private stay beneath a most majestic tree next to a small, yet swimmable, exquisite pond, which was home to frogs who sang and laughed through the night, which I personally loved. I miss the frogs, the pond, and the tree now, and we definitely would love to return in the future. Thomas’ kind welcoming presence upon our Sunday early evening arrival, and in all prompt responses to my text communications during our 3+ night stay, made us feel at ease and right at home. Tent site has visual privacy from the slightly busy (at peak hours) two-lane small countryside hi-way that spans some of the length of the property. Car sounds were audible at times from our tent site, but not so much that they disturbed our peaceful enjoyment of the frogs and pond. He provided a fire pit with firewood, which was very lovely to warm up one mildly chilly morning. Super appreciative of this site, and we’ll return again.

Incredible host
Tom's place was just lovely. He met me when I arrived and guided me to where I could set up my tent by a pond, under a gorgeous weeping willow. He had a fire pit with fresh wood ready when I arrived, and gave me a tour of his remarkable woodworking shop. I was very grateful for my visit.

30 amp Barn Service for all campers
Tom was very nice and met me upon arrival. There was electricity, water, comfy chairs and a fire pit which was supplied with wood. The pond was stunning and lots of birds ( and not many bugs!!). There was even a camping seat/toilet supplied. There is only 1 site (so, total privacy) and I felt very lucky to have been able to reserve it! And at a great price!! It is near the main road, so you can hear the traffic. I definately would recommend this place.
