The cabin was just perfect! Michelle had the cabin all warmed up for us! There was great communication and what was promised was delivered! I’d love to go back when the fields are full of lavendar!! Gorgeous views of the mountains and lower valley.

This farm was so beautiful! We arrived just as the sun was setting and the view was spectacular. We had a lovely spot on a soft field of grass surrounded by patches of blooming lavender - and loads of fireflies once it got dark! It was a peaceful stay and I would definitely camp here again. I’d absolutely recommend this stay to anyone passing through this quiet nook of Vermont :)

I loved so muchhhhh this place. We had 360 degrees view on the mountains and the lake. It was really quiet and we felt like we we're alone. The landscape with the lavender are very beautiful! We took so many pictures! We feel rests and energized after this wonderful week-end. We will certainly come back! :) Thanks to the hosts for being so welcoming! :)

Probably the best view in all of Vermont! Had originally booked at Prouty Beach but there were some unsavory neighbors that came in late and we knew we would get no sleep. So we quickly booked with Michele and wow!!! Had a great night's sleep. The only thing that I'll worn light sleepers about is that there is a small wind turbine that you do here throughout the night but my earplugs made that a nonissue

Once in a lifetime experience at the farm! We were afraid that with the number of people coming for the Eclipse that it would get too crowded and noisy but everyone was spaced out. We definitely want to go back again in the summer to experience the Lavender Fields

We stayed the night before the eclipse and went into it knowing it’d be crowded, cold and muddy, but they made sure to give everyone ample amount of space and had plenty of firewood for purchase. They did a great job managing 100+ campers during the eclipse, so I’m sure any other night would be even better. We had an amazing view of the sunset over the mountains too! Would definitely return.

Curiouser and curiouser!
Michele and Pierre were amazing hosts. They were available anytime I called or had any questions. The food and gift shop were amazing and delicious. The best part by far was the view. It was breathtaking. On top of all that, the total eclipse (of my heart) was such a great experience that I cannot put in words. I am very thankful for the entire experience that wouldn't have been possible without Michele and Pierre's hospitality!

We had such an incredible time on the farm! My partner and I were looking for a spot to watch the solar eclipse in totality, and I booked Michele's land, not knowing what to expect. What ensued was easily one of the top 10 coolest experiences I've had.
I'm not sure what the property is like during the summer or during non-special event times, but they handled the solar eclipse rush like pros. It was well-organized; they hired a chef, had ample bathrooms, had a crew guiding guests to their sites, and were ready to tow vehicles if needed (it had snowed a foot in the days leading up to the eclipse and it was MUDDY). The gift shop was open, and they had plenty of cool lavender gifts and food items. The property is gorgeous (even more so during lavender season, I'm sure), with ample space and some trails. There's a farm store about a mile up the road; there are plenty of stores off Exit 28.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! We plan on returning in the summer :)

The site was great, the views were amazing and the hosts and staff went out of their way to make it a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!
The have a nice little shop for lavender goods and they had food in another building. This is VT and farm land, so don't expect paved roads or fancy amenities (but I don't think that's what you are looking for if you found this site). It is on top of a hill so there is a nice breeze and a clear view of a mountain horizon for the sunset or the sunrise. The vista really is unmatched. If you bring a camper, you may want to bring something to help level it, but it isn't too bad as is.

Lions and Tigers, and Bears, Oh My!
We were here for the Total Eclipse of the Sun, April 2024. So we didn’t have a campsite per se. We parked in the field. We had awesome 360* views. Michelle and Pierre were wonderful hosts. I want to come back when the lavender is blooming.

The views were spectacular, and Michele and her family were the most accommodating hosts you could ask for. They did a great job - even plowing their field when a snowstorm near to the eclipse threw them a real curve ball.
Michele suggested some good places that were walkable, and we were so grateful for that. The food they had for sale got rave reviews, and the gift shop staff were superb.
All in all, I cannot recommend this destination highly enough. 10/10 would return.

The view was BEAUTIFUL! Michele and all the people working with him we kind, friendly, and worked really hard to make the eclipse a great experience for all their guests. The gift shop was nice and there were a good variety of lavender products to choose from.

Once in a Lifetime!
We came here for the eclipse. They did a fantastic job getting the site ready after receiving 14 inches of snow right before everyone was arriving. The location is wonderful and the staff was very attentive.

Amazing year round views and gracious hosts make this a must stay location on any trip north. You really can't ask for a better spot to watch the world go by. The long views out through the valley and the gentle breeze are a perfect way to recharge.

This is a beautiful property and the sites have nice views. We walked among the lavender, clover meadows, sunflowers and the nature walk. It was windy so could fly the kite, fun! Well maintained port a johns and a delightful gift shop. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Our experience was absolutely magical! The views were breathtaking. We could smell lavender in the air and see horses and wildlife all around us. Michele was super friendly and warm. If you visit the farm in the high season, there are a lot of events and things to do around the farm. If you do stay at this cabin during the high season, expect to have a lot of people around you enjoying the farm during the day. You will really feel like you are a part of the farm community experience. The cabin had everything we need and more. The space was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hipcamp cabin because it was definitely more than a place to sleep, it was an entire experience.

This site in Northern Vermont is beautiful. The farm is very well maintained and during blooming season It will be STUNNING. The views of the mountains are beautiful and watching the clouds move through the valley is fun. There are a few sites dispersed on the farm so you may have some neighbors. The small cabin is very nice and there is an outhouse on the outside of the cabin. There is a lot of great hiking near by!

The Lavender Farm site had a spectacular 360 degree view into Canada and over some gorgeous lakes. The lavender was still in bloom so we were lucky. The property was lovely to walk around and get an easy workout. Michele was accommodating and lent us a cute fire pit. There's a beautiful gazebo for wine and cheese or a full catered dinner that can be used if you arrange it ahead of time.
