Very private wooded area, very close to several ski areas, 2 miles from Stratton Mountain and the Appalachian Trail, one driveway space available that can accommodate a vehicle up to 18 feet in length, many small local markets and restaurants close by, excellent camping for offgrid. We are cigarette smoker friendly as well as pet and marijuana friendly.Our evergreen forest property with gardens and an amazing light setup at night is located within 2 miles of Stratton Mountain and within 15 minutes of several other ski areas that offer sking snowboarding snowtubing and concerts in the summers. we also have access to the Appalachian Trail within 2 miles. The property is peaceful and quiet and private. We are on the route for the bus line in vermont. We have a giant fiepit with wood included for use as well as lawn games and a covered pinic table in the summer. Camping with a tent is Up to your discretion. We are located at 8 corey lane in winhall vt but on GPS it may come up as 8 corey road bondville vt. Both addresses are correct. Free Wi-fi availible. There is a dog run for use. We are cigarette smoker and marijuana friendly as well as pet friendly. Second house on the right after you pull on to Corey rd. There are signs to show you where to park where to get firewood and where to walk your dog. There is a noise ordinance in the town for 9 p m.

Very sweet people! Christine brought out lawn games for us, gave some water to my dogs and my partner n I. Let us know if we needed anything to just knock on the door.

Great stay at Christine’s. Everything is as described and clearly marked. We don’t have time to hang out much but I wish we did.
