Our 3 acre farmstead has one acre of open field for camping, the rest is cultivated grounds with orchard fruit trees, grassy lounging areas, a hammock to listen to the birdsongs and the sound of the wind in the breeze. Our 1917 farmhouse is slowly being refurbished. Downtown McMinnville is home to over 20 walkable craft beverage tasting rooms, and you can explore 250 Willamette Valley wineries and vineyards within 20 miles of town. Our field is mowed in places to accommodate multiple Class A, B, C, travel trailers and motorhomes. Site #1 will comfortably fit Class B's and C's. If you need a larger space please check out our other listings! Site #1 is the closest to the porta-potty and the nearest to the field entrance. There is a farm-field around the property so the spot feels private with a vast view. The mowed driveway circles all the way around our field to make entering/exiting and vehicle positioning easy. Site #2 is along the South-East corner of our field. This mowed grass area can fit any class of RV. We've mowed a driveway all the way around the field so positioning and entering/exiting is easy. The porta-potty is nearby. At the edge of the field it feels private with expansive views. Melissa's little farm is darling. There is plenty of parking space in her field. Melissa greeted us with fresh produce ❤️ The porta potty was clean. There's a convenience store about a mile away. Our stay was perfect

What a beautiful and quiet spot, not too far from the main road. We loved the wildflowers surrounding the field! Melissa came to say hi and asked if we needed anything. Thanks for sharing your space 🤗

Melissa’s place is very nice and has great views. There is plenty of room and it is in a great location. Melissa greeted us with a smile and was easy to contact and communicate with. Her place is right in the middle of many vineyards and easy to find on a quiet road.
