Beautiful settings, The how-to of the property was very figure it out as you go, but also first-time glamping… so what do I know 🤷‍♂️, closer to camp than glam

Domestead 🥚
We had a great time staying in the Domestead! We loved falling sleep to the sounds of the coyotes and frogs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place in Temecula!

Creekside Camp 🏕️
This was a wonderful trip. I chose to do my birthday here with a group of 10 friends and we had a blast. Everything was super easy and accessible. This was all of our first time camping and everything was good.

Problems with electrical grid
First, I have to say that this place is really beautiful. The directions were clear and it was easy to get here. Also the property is clean and well maintained. It has a creek going through it and a lot of fruit trees which is very nice and gives you great comfort from the city life. BUT... We stayed at the dome.. afternoon became pretty cold so we turned on the heat. Coming evening time we wanted to fill in a bath which I guess required the tankless to work. Besides that we only had the TV on. Electricity had a shutdown and we were without power for approximately 30 minutes. I tried to texting multiple times with no answer. I called the host four times before I got an answer. During that time I tried to understand what's going on and to find the electrical panel with no luck. Eventually we saw that one of the extension cords did have power. So I tried to connect my charger and we understood the the cord is malfunctioning so I replaced it. The host keep saying that he doesn't know what's wrong with this situation. Because the door was left open. All of the heating that we did prior to that was gone and we couldn't heat the room nor take a normal bath because the electricity kept falling. We didn't even try to have a cup of coffee because we knew that the electrical grid won't handle it. If you want to turn on the heating and the TV that is fine but other appliances won't work. We went to bed in a relatively cold dome. Disappointing.

Duck Pond Glampsite 🦆
Amazing tranquil getaway
Our family of 4 (with our 8yo and 4yo) had so much fun at John's beautiful wooded property deep in this incredibly scenic part of Temecula. We found a welcome bag in the fridge with everything we needed to make s'mores and firewood in the firepit. The outdoor lounge/living room was a fun place to eat meals and play games that John provided in the tent. We also took the pedal boat for a spin in the pond and we all had a great time marveling at how beautiful and peaceful the ranch is. John was a responsive and friendly host, and it was incredible to see and experience this glamping experience in a truly enchanting getaway. Thanks for the memories!

Glamping
This was my first time "glamping". My wife and I stayed a night here instead of a hotel to make the experience novel and we both enjoyed it! The only downside was the coyotes that visited multiple times at night and were a bit noisy. I slept through that but my wife didn't. The tent was well kept and very comfortable. The shower were better than some hotels I've stayed at and the porch overlooking the pond was a nice place to have coffee and relax and talk. There was a lot of space between site so that we didn't feel crowded.
