Brick oven pizza on many weekends as posted on our website with camping and cabins to relax in the woods. We are third generation family farm in the woods with quiet acreage and trails. Most weekends we have live music. We are in Amish country with many small shops. There are also wineries and cheese stores close by. We have a wedding and event barn and lots of space. New in 2023 was a 9 hole disc golf.

Wake up, grind your own local beans and savor the art of making a pour over coffee to enjoy on the front steps. The pantry is stocked with sea salt, pepper, some basic cooking herbs, local coffee beans, and herbal tea. We have a work desk with some writing supplies, colored pencils and crayons, board games, a record player with a few of our favorite records on hand, and a handpicked collection of books to cozy up and dive into. There is a brand new open-concept bathing room featuring a restored clawfoot bathtub & pedestal sink, a private restroom nook, and complete with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The linen and supplies used inside the home were selected to be easy on the environment and are free of harsh chemicals so those with sensitive skin can rest easy. We have a well on property and mound septic system, and so we are mindful of how we're maintaining the land around us with the products we use.

Weekend Trip to Sonder Schoolhouse

Sonder Schoolhouse was such a beautiful place to stay for the weekend! Super quaint and had everything we needed & we loved how secluded it was while also being close to the Twin Cities. The host was also reliable and available for any questions. The only downside - there were a lot of flies inside that could be annoying at times.

Weekend Trip to Wedges Creek Hideaway Pizza Farm!

This was our second time camping at Wedges Creek. We loved the first experience so much we came back with more people. We had campsites and cabins rented. Cabins 2, 3, 4 and 5. All we absolutely adorable. Clean and cozy! The campsites were 7 and 8. We enjoyed beautiful bonfires at night with a bonus of watching the wildlife walk along the fields. Take advantage of the woodfired Pizza! Amazing! Live music at night made for a fun night of dancing. Outdoor venue on nice days along with an indoor venue in case of weather. Jeff, the host, goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Make sure you ask him for the story of Frog Town and take the tour if you can! Highly recommend! Already planning our 3rd trip!

Jeff’s vision for his land and the way he operates is incredibly sustainable and inspiring. The grounds were impeccable and there’s repurposed art around every corner. The cabin was way above my expectations with comfortable linens and an amazing mattress. Jeff himself is incredibly personable, earth conscious and most importantly, he is kind. This is going to be my new go to for a weekend away. I can’t wait to go back!
