perfect place to slow down
this was a perfect little glamping getaway! it was on a very nice piece of land with 2 different areas to sit by the river. so many different birds, i just sat out with my merlin app and got to see how many different kinds were around! it was close to the highway with cars driving by frequently, which would be my only small complaint. the outhouse was very clean, and there were many solar powered lights on the property including 2 lamps inside the cabin which was a nice surprise. bring bedding, water, coolers, grills, and cooking supplies. there was a bed in the loft, futon in the main area, and i noticed some cots in the loft as well if needed. spotty service which we all need from time to time. i’ll be back for sure!

Kickback’s Angler Shack
We loved our stay at the Angler's cabin! The front porch was the perfect place to sit and watch a storm. Comfortable, cozy, nice to have the solar lights, clean bathroom and great location -- private and remote but so close to visiting Eau Claire or Menonomie. Looking forward to staying again.

Happy Campers
Well kept and maintained property. Very quaint and with an abundance of wildlife. The fire pit by the creek offers a great place to cook brats and sit back and relax.
