In the heart of Willamette Valley AVA and on a breezy 20-acre lot of land we provide a space for you to set yourself up and enjoy life's natural bounty. We offer a small shared space with a wood fire stove and some essential items, many games (such as horseshoes), and lots of picnic areas and tables sprinkled throughout the property. The location is central and half an hour to just minutes away from water bodies Hagg Lake, Nestucca River, Yamhill River, little Niagara Falls, Mill Creek, Baker Creek, Rainbow Lake and more… Such as the Carlton public pool. If your looking to jaunt from camp a little further, we are located a little over an hour and a beautiful drive to the Pacific Coast and about an hour from Portland.
Although in the middle of the country woods, we are surprisingly only two and a half miles from the adorable and quaint town of Carlton. So beside the views, you’ll be alongside some fantastic eateries and outstanding winemakers.
Being raised in the community, and over ten years of experience in the local food and wine industry, I can give recommendations aplenty.

The property has been in our family since the late 60’s and has recently been transferred in ownership to the next generation! It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. In hopes to carry on the legacy we opened up camp mid-summer 2021, and it’s a work in progress (as work normally is!), but has been a beautiful experience being in a position to share. There are two family homes on the property with people who truly admire this land!
With the work of these past couple seasons, and thanks to our fellow campers, we have been able to lay more gravel, get a more fluid bathroom situation established, and lay out a few more sites!

Located in the Willamette Valley, where route 240 and 47 meet is the small town of Yamhill. just 3 miles out of town there is a 66 acre farm with forest covered hills, rolling hay fields and a small seasonal creek.
We welcome you to come enjoy some peaceful rest on our farm.
We have 2 camp sites available and more coming soon nestled in the trees across the open hay field where you can watch wildlife.
each site has access to the composting toilet, has their own picnic table, fire ring, access to water, and some extras like hay that can be used for under tents, kindling to help start your fire, a fire extinguisher, access to a propane fire ring during fire danger season, and a few yard games. we do have fire wood available to purchase as well as farm fresh eggs.
the camp sites are seasonal and most will be closed for the wet winter months. they will be open from June to September, depending on the weather we may need to adjust the access to the sites. at times they may be walk in only (about 200ft walk) or four wheel drive access only as they are in a low area of the farm and do not wish anyone to get stuck. if access has been changed I will notify you as soon as I can with an update.
you are welcome to walk around during your stay, pick some blackberries, apples or plums but please be aware and careful as we do have some poison oak on the property. I encourage you to stay on a path.

Tranquil RV spot on our one acre property, an hour's drive from Portland, Corvallis or the Pacific Ocean and 45 minutes from Salem. Our mile long rural road is great for family bike rides, bird watching, picking blackberries and other fruit in the late summer. We are close to the Yamhill River for some kayaking or canoeing. Chris and Beth met and started dating in Indianapolis in 2009 where both were working on their graduate education. During their first date, Chris announced his goal of developing a vineyard and making wine. As the relationship evolved, Chris worked toward the goal by researching viticulture, attending classes and investigating potential vineyard sites. In summer of 2011, Chris and Beth got married and dove into the wine industry when they purchased a majestic 62 acre property in the foothills of the coastal mountain range in Yamhill County. Located an hour west of Portland through Oregons wine country. We are located in Scoggins valley which is home to Henry Hagg lake and the Scoggins valley park. The Lake offers a bunch of recreation including swimming , boating ,fishing ,hiking , biking and paddle board rentals. The camp site is situated on the bottom of my property a half mile from the lake. It is a fairly secluded campsite with room for up to 6 tents. Nestled in the woods there is a nice verity of sunny and shady spots a campfire spot, a picnic table and a porta potty. Sain Creek recreational area is just off our road at the lake with C- ramp another quarter of a mile around the lake. All of the lake is a park so you have to enter the park to come to our spot.

Green Crest is an active Memorial Park (cemetery) adjacent to Highway 18 between Portland and the Oregon coast on the South side of Sheridan. This property makes a great stop over while en route to your final destination, but is also a great getaway if you'd just like to relax in a natural setting while having conveniences near by. **if you have an rv that you are planning to back into the site, please enter via the 'exit' as it will allow better positioning to back in. otherwise use the drive marked entrance.**

Need supplies? Town is close by! We are a 7-10 minute drive to the Newberg, including downtown and various local parks. Visit The Allison Inn and Spa, Caravan Coffee, Sprinkles of Joy Bakery w/espresso, Food Carts including Hutch and Lucky's BBQ, and many of our casual favorites like The Old Town Bar, Just Pho U, Thai the Knot, La Sierra Mexican, and Abby's Pizza. Enjoy our famous 99W-Drive In, and visit our local seasonal Farmer's Market on Wednesdays 4-7 p.m.
Wineries to explore galore nearby in Newberg and Dundee just a quick hop over the expressway including Rex Hill, Potter’s Vineyard, Sokol Blosser, Durant Vineyards and Olive Mill, Duck Pond, Domaine Serene, Ponzi and more.

Located an hour west of Portland through Oregons wine country. We are located in Scoggins valley which is home to Henry Hagg lake and the Scoggins valley park. The Lake offers a bunch of recreation including swimming , boating ,fishing ,hiking , biking and paddle board rentals. The camp site is situated on the bottom of my property a half mile from the lake. It is a fairly secluded campsite with room for up to 6 tents. Nestled in the woods there is a nice verity of sunny and shady spots a campfire spot, a picnic table and a porta potty. Sain Creek recreational area is just off our road at the lake with C- ramp another quarter of a mile around the lake. All of the lake is a park so you have to enter the park to come to our spot.

Green Crest is an active Memorial Park (cemetery) adjacent to Highway 18 between Portland and the Oregon coast on the South side of Sheridan. This property makes a great stop over while en route to your final destination, but is also a great getaway if you'd just like to relax in a natural setting while having conveniences near by. **if you have an rv that you are planning to back into the site, please enter via the 'exit' as it will allow better positioning to back in. otherwise use the drive marked entrance.**
If you have young ones, the park next door has a playground and a stocked fish pond. We also have a pond on sight that is perfect for viewing birds, beaver and having morning coffee. Weekend Trip to Fern Haus
Such a cozy and witchy vibe me and my fiancé had such a wonderful time staying here for Valentine’s Day weekend. The aesthetic was well thought out and the cabin was well stocked for a relaxing time. The cabin was a little hard to find in the dark when we arrived as it’s tucked into the back of the property, but once we found it it was nothing but a great time.

This is our second stay at Amico Roma and it did not disappoint!! The yurt is very central if you want to be able to travel out to the coast during the day, but also full of amenities so you really don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. Highlights included: listening to great horned owls call to each other, going to the Maysara winery, cooking to the sound of the rain hitting the canvas, and THEIR BRAND NEW SAUNA!!!! Amazing craftsmanship, and so relaxing!!

Brent & Tabitha's land is beautiful and serene, I had an amazing stay at the bunk house! I like to go out of town for New Year's Eve to get my dogs away from the fireworks and this place was exactly what I was looking for. They were so kind, showed me how to use the generator and started a fire in the wood stove for me. I definitely recommend buying some of their meat, it's very high-quality! My dogs and I had a wonderful, quiet stay here, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away and unplug.

Zenith Vineyards was a lovely, quiet place for conveniently spending an autumn night in my little tent while visiting family nearby. I simply parked out near the barn at the edge of a vineyard and pitched my tent on a level spot. I didn't need any facilities, so it was just right.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this amazing property in the Witches Cabin. My daughter and I explored around the property and we had the best time. Dionne is a amazing host that helped us find the location and also came out to make sure we were all good at our campsite later on in the night. I recommend going to this hipcamp any time!

The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We had a big storm come through the night of our stay and the hosts were super hospitable and brought us a backup power bank. The heater blankets on the bed were a great touch too!

April and Scott are terrific hosts. We really appreciate the care they took to make us feel welcome at their family farm. The site is tranquil and beautiful, and our two-night stay allowed us to spend a full day relaxing and enjoying the farm. Scott provided detailed directions for approaching and navigating on the property, and he helped us situate the rig to maximize our outside space on the passenger/entry door side. He provided us with a fresh-water hose (dispensing RO-filtered water) and, gratefully, an extension cable for the 30-amp service which I was able to reach easily with my shore cable.
We really appreciated the half-dozen eggs from their hens that April brought over shortly after we arrived. We loved feeding the chickens in their pen the next morning, not to mention marveling at their gorgeous tom turkey. We also picked several sweet and flavorful apples from their heritage trees.
Even though we were just across the lawn from the side of the house, the orientation of the rig allowed us abundant privacy on our side, where we enjoyed the provided dining table set and Adirondack chairs. The gravel pad is level and sits right at the edge of the property, adjacent to a neighboring farm with resident cows. Three of them wandered over in the morning, and following Scott’s suggestion we fed them apples from the ground on his farm, crushed a bit and broken in half. The sweet creatures loved the treats and we enjoyed feeding them.
The morning of our departure, with April’s permission, we picked small but delicious end-of-season raspberries. We also collected several small, intricate cones from the ground under the majestic fir trees on the property.
Scott and April’s hospitality was awesome, and our visit was a blissful respite in the midst of a very intense three-week itinerary. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again if we find ourselves returning to the region.
