What a gem of a spot. Very private, spacious, creekside, perfect for our dogs to run around and not bother anyone else. The table and chairs, hammock over the water, trash can, and fire pit were welcome additions/great extra touches. Brandi was so warm and welcoming; we will definitely be back!

This place was amazing. It really is a great little camp by the creek, quiet and secluded. The water was perfect and it was so fun seeing all the crawdads swimming around. Our dogs loved being off leash and swimming, 10/10 we'll be back!

I really can’t say enough about how incredible Brandi’s property is! Truly Shangri-La & such a memorable experience. A well-marked dirt Road opens onto a beautifully cleared & maintained creek embankment w/ 2 campsites sprawled on opposite sides of a sweet communal meadow. Brandi has thought of everything. Well, maintaining the charm & remote feeling of camping, the little added comforts, made it, especially relaxing for me with my young kiddos: hammocks, croquet, a swing, comfortable patio chairs around the picnic table plus, solar lights — especially smart — a strip of Astroturf beneath the tent area for extra comfort & cleanliness. Then there’s the emerald swimming hole. Absolutely dreamy, I miss it already. Brandi was so pleasant and welcoming, & you can tell she truly cherishes this land & sharing its beauty with her guests. This was my first hipcamp experience & it set the bar incredibly high! Not only will I use Hipcamp again, I can’t wait to return to this exact site & swimming hole. My five-year-old said “Mom, can we come back here every time, like once a week?”

Paradise on Mill Creek

Our first impression was that a lot of thought and care went into creating this site. The rocks were carefully arranged in the creek to create multiple spillways, producing the peaceful sound of cascading water throughout the campsite. It was incredibly relaxing. A beautiful, peaceful spot that clearly reflects the effort the hosts have put into creating a special place. We really enjoyed our stay!

Bigfoot’s Hideaway

This location is fantastic. It’s hidden and definitely an area of paradise. We did not hear or see the elusive Sasquatch while we visited this location. And yes, I would be going back there to spend another weekend at this location. Brandi, the owner is fantastic, personable and very outgoing. Ask about her little puppy timber. Each camp spot has a almost a full dinner size table, along with a propane fire pit, which makes it unique.

This was an amazing spot that we will likely come back to. The creek was clean and shallow, the campsite spacious and not buggy, and the host was so flexible and gracious and had everything stocked. We could be as loud as we wanted and had all the privacy. The kids caught crawdads, we saw a snake, and it was shady and lovely. Seating provided, as well as gas grills, propane, lanterns, etc.

We spent an overnight with our eight year-old granddaughter. We were pleasantly surprised by the campsite, which was quiet, clean, and family friendly. We enjoyed the beauty of nature, played in the water, and explored the area. Brandy was very welcoming. What a delightful spot.

Loved the camp experience at Brandis. Easy instructions and arrival process. Property makes the camping experience feel like a private slice of paradise. Clean bathrooms, clean camp area, great swimming hole/ river access. Highly recommend this property, we’ll definitely be back! Make sure to say hi to Timber (the puppy)!

This was an excellent campsite with great attention to detail. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The kids had a wonderful time kayaking nearby, the restrooms were clean, and having trash bins available made everything so convenient. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had an amazing time at **The Lazy Beaver**! The creek running through the campsite made it so peaceful and relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised that there were hardly any mosquitoes. The site was very private, with no other campers nearby, which made it even more enjoyable. There are plenty of great trees for hanging hammocks and several perfect spots to set up a tent. Brandi was an incredible host. We arrived during a crazy thunder and lightning storm, and she made sure we had a canopy over the picnic table to keep everything dry. She truly went above and beyond. Our dogs had a fantastic time too! One of my dogs is usually a runner, but I felt comfortable letting her explore off leash for a while because of how private and safe the campsite felt. They had so much fun that they were completely exhausted by the time we got home. Thank you, Brandi, for your wonderful hospitality. We can't wait to come back—hopefully with a little more sunshine next time!

Rustic site on the creek

We booked this as a last minute place to go camping. The host met us at the entrance upon our arrival and escorted us to the site. We signed a waiver and she explained the amenities. The site was large and had good shade. A table with a table cloth and chairs, a fire ring with a grate and a trash can were all provided which was very nice. The creek is directly at the campsite and you could see and hear it from everywhere, which was nice since you can slightly hear the nearby road. It looked as though the site had been recently created since bordering all sides of the site was brush, blackberry bramble and the previously cleared foliage that was pushed to the side. All in all it’s a nice creekside site but there are a few things to note. 1) since the site has been recently cleared it is not yet well manicured and there were not any flat, rock free, root free places to put a large tent 2) there are critters including bees around the river and campsite and tiny slugs that are present on all the rocks in the creek 3) the porta potty was very clean and close by but the close proximity meant you were able to smell it from the campsite

We had an amazing 2 nights’ stay at this camp. Brandi is such a wonderful host. We took a dip at the creek and saw some crawdads. The toilets are clean and there’s plenty of chairs around the camp where you can sit and just enjoy nature. There’s a walmart too about 12 minutes drive if you need some groceries.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this Hipcamp spot in Oregon. The campsite was perfectly situated right by the river, with beautiful views, peaceful sounds of the water, and easy access for skipping rocks, water games with the kids and cooling off on warm days. The host was friendly and helpful, and the site felt private yet conveniently located. We loved the natural setting—plenty of room for the kids to explore safely, a great fire pit for evenings under the stars . It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation for our family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable outdoor escape in Oregon. We’ll definitely be back!

Brandi is so awesome and helpful and just made us feel right at home. Our dogs had the absolute best time ever, too and they had so much to explore. The view of the water is gorgeous, the water was mellow and perfect to sit in and look around at all the pretty rocks and just take in nature. I’ve been looking for a spot this ideal for years and we’ve found it! I have already told several friends and family member about how much they’d love it and it’s only been a few hours since we left. Can’t wait to return!

Oh man what a wonderful place to stay! My family and I had such a wonderful weekend at Bigfoot Hideout! Crawdad hunting, rock hunting, kiddos swimming and playing till they couldn't stand anymore! This was our first time trying a HipCamp and we couldn't have had a better first Host! Brandi was so welcoming and friendly as was her sweet dog that my kiddos absolutely ADORED! The area was so beautiful and set up so great! My family and I have been planning when we will return since we left because it has become a favorite!
